i was afraid to give my heart out,
to pour in my efforts,
being loved is something so precious,
but loving someone is an even better feeling.
to make someone smile,
to be the reason they feel better on a bad day,
to be the one they go to when in trouble,
that is something so valuable.
unconditional love is rare & all i have is unconditional love to give. to my friends, to my family, to a lover.
unconditional love waters a person,
helping them grow and glow.
but, you can only give,
if you have,
which is why,
self-love is so important to have.
so important to love yourself, unconditionally.
