Chapter Six: Introducing Ethan Redfern
Ethan Redfern's father was murdered when he was 5 and his mother died while giving birth to him. He is a high school drop out. The money he got was from drug dealing or working in a club down the street. He usually listened to Nickelback and never really went out of the house except for a drug deal and to go to work. He owns a gun that he cleans once a week for no reason. He has never shot anyone and he doesn't plan to. His relationship with Evelyn is unknown to most people, but it is known to him and her. He dated Evelyn for two months before cheating on her. He didn't mean to because he had been drunk and the girl lead him on. But Evelyn only knows what she saw and not what he saw or what actually happened.

Ethan knocked on the door to Louis's apartment knowing Evelyn was the only one there. The door opened revealing Evelyn. "What do you want, Redfern," she asks glaring at him.
"I want to talk to you," he says.
"I don't think that's a good idea,"
"Please just let me tell you the truth," he pleads.
"No, I've heard too many of your lies I don't think I can trust you anymore," she says.
"Please just trust me on this you haven't even heard the half of it you only went with what you saw," Ethan says exasperatingly.
"Yes, but I have better judgement than you do which means I can probably pick the best solution to what had happened," Evelyn replies.
"But that doesn't mean you picked the best choice," he replies.
"I picked the most logical and practical choice," she replies.
"And if you came here to judge me you should leave," she continues before she starts to close the door. Ethan slams his hand on the door keeping her from closing it all the way.
"I'm not going to leave without talking to you," he says before pushing the door open and forcing his way into the flat.
"You can't force your way in here with out my consent I'm calling the Scotland Yard," Evelyn says but Ethan grabs her arm.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you," he says.
"Are you threatening me," Evelyn asks surprised.
"No, but it would be a bad idea," he says.
She sighs loudly. "Fine talk," she says finally giving in.

Ethan leaves after Evelyn got a text from Zayn saying that he was on his way to see her. When Zayn arrives to the Flat Evelyn was sitting on a chair in the living room thinking about the conversation she had with Ethan."Afternoon beautiful," he says as he walks over to her.
She looked up and smiled. "I thought you said it would take you an hour and a half to get here from where you were," she says.
"I did but I must've guesstimated wrong," he replies as he leans down and pecks her on the cheek.
"How was your day," Evelyn asks looking up at Zayn.
"Just working with the lads. Louis said he'll be a home a little later because he was going to see Eleanor," he replies.
"That means we get the Flat to ourselves," Evelyn replies cheekily. Zayn smiles.
"Very devilish aren't you," he asks and she nods.
"You know it," she replies giggling.

When Louis walks into the flat, Zayn and Evelyn are sitting on the couch watching TV. "You two look like you're having fun," he says.
"Hello, to you too," Evelyn says as she turns to look at Louis. Louis smiles.
"At least the two of you get along," he mumbles.
"At least you have Eleanor," Zayn says as he turns to look at Louis.
Louis stops smiling. "Do you have a problem with her," he asks.
"No," Zayn replies simply.
"Can you two stop," Evelyn says laughing.
"You two fight like an old married couple," she continues.
