A/n: this chapter was a little sad to write but i still enjoyed it. it's also very short. last chapter before the time jump!!

cheryl's pov

2 months later

"i think everything set for us to move babe." toni says finishing up packing some boxes. "i cant believe this is it." i sigh. "everyone is coming in about 10 minutes so let's bring all the kids down here.

10 minutes later

"what is going on?" veronica asks suspiciously. "yea and why are there boxes everywhere?" kevin asks. "everyone sit on the couches." i say and we head to the living room.

the adults sit on the couches and the kids sit on the floor. me and cheryl stand up to face everyone.

"so we have some good and bad news. and we really hope that you guys can help support our decision in everything." i say and frown a little bit, really not looking forward to telling everyone this.

"so recently angelica booked a job as an actress on a tv series and she was so happy. we got word that the show filmed in los angeles and now we have to move there." toni takes over.

veronica starts to tear up and i feel so bad. i go over and hug her. "wait what?" layla asks confused. "we're moving lay. so we won't live here anymore. we're going really really far away." grace explains to her. immediately layla starts to realize and her eyes fill with tears. grace gives her a hug which is super cute but also heartbreaking.

"guys look everyone is crying." kevin breaks the weird silence but he's also crying himself. i look around and see everyone with tears in there eyes.
"guys your making this so difficult." i try to laugh but i just end up crying more.

"i don't get it." vivi says. "me either." sebi huffs. "we're moving guys. we're not going to live here and we won't see each other often." aiden says, his voice sounding innocent and sweet.

"auntie cher is that true?" viv asks me with her head cocked to the side and her chocolate brown eyes staring up at me. "it is cutie. i'm sorry. i'll still be your auntie cher though. and we can video chat all the time." i say and pick her up.

"i don't want you to leave.  you can't leave. i need you! and i need my best fwend evi." she says her voice cracking a little from crying. it only makes me cry harder. "i love you so much vivi. you have no idea. i love all of you guys." i say and wipe a tear from my face.

"i actually already knew that this was happening but it only makes it h- harder." lizzie says and she's hysterically crying. "come here lizzie." tayleigh says and gives her the biggest hug.

"i love you. and you'll always be my best friend. no matter how far apart we are. i don't care. we will video chat every single second of the day. me, you, juliet, and luke will always be besties." tayleigh says and i just really can't stop crying now.

"you all mean so much to me. i'm going to miss you so so so much." juliet said.

"we support your decision. we'll miss you but we support you." jughead says. "i agree. we would never want to keep angelica from chasing her dreams. i'm so proud of you ang." betty said.

"i'm really excited for my new job but i'm really going to miss you guys. every single day." angelica says while leaning into lea. "wait if we're really saying goodbye to everyone i need to say something." brandon announces. "go ahead." i say and he nods.

"i- i have a crush on gianna." he says.

"wait really?" gia asks shocked. "yea." he says shyly. "i like you too." she says and they both smile at each other. "awww. gandon!!!!! it's official!" fangs squeals and all of us laugh.

"liam it's your turn to confess love." fred teases. "absolutely not." liam says and rolls his eyes. "yea i'm not confessing anything either." emily adds.

"do we have to say goodbye now?" ev asks quietly. "i guess so." luke sighs. "it's going to be so different. i don't even know how i'm going to deal. we all basically live here." kayla says which makes all of us laughing knowing it's true.

"yea the choni house and fam is amazing. i'm just happy i at least got to experience it." lea says. "i'm happy too. and i'm so grateful i got to know you guys." ella says which makes me smile.

"can we pwomise to stay family?" ev asks and sits on veronicas lap. "we'll always be a family evi. nothing will ever change that." veronica kisses her head.

"ok whose in for one last group hug?" archie asks and everyone stands up enthusiastically. we're all still crying which makes it even more sad but perfect at the same time.

"friends forever?" angelica asks.

we all look at each other and nod before speaking in unison.

"friends forever."

later that night

me and toni cuddle into our bed that night and our minds are both flooding with thoughts.

"do you think we're ready babe?" toni asks me.

"yea i think so. we'll figure it out. together." i say and give her a small peck.

"the new house is awesome though. i'm sure everyone will love it." tones said. "definitely. maybe it won't be so bad." i say and smile slightly. "maybe." toni giggles a tiny bit.

"i'm so happy we're doing this together. what do you think the future holds?" i ask.

"our future will be sensational."
