winter

I found myself lost

lost in your chaotic beauty,

electrifying gaze,

broken yet complete

fallen parts that still fit

And when I woke up the next day,

even so I wandered in the deep

depth of your mind

searching for the soul you had left behind

alas, a piece that fell out of rhyme

like me, trapped just walking amidst

the foggy memories you want to forget

the patient and the kind feel tired

enough of the games, lies and deceit

Tomorrow came, the leaves that fell withered so

Winter was just as menacing

this represent the both of us

these leaves are my love

they fade, die out

you are the winter

cold, unfazed yet,

so tumultuously aesthetic without a doubt
