'A few days ago, I dropped Chi at the local daycare. I would normally go and wander around empty stores that day, (despite telling Chi I worked those days), but I felt rather bored and decided to visit the shrine a few blocks away.'
'I felt like remembering that day. Remembering those moments with Nishikata. Usually I would try and forget, and move on. But today, I had that urge. That feeling of nostalgia that I wanted to come back to me.'
'I got to the shrine around 10 and Sat down at a random seat. I looked up at the clouds for a bit before remembering a few moments when me and Nishikata would visit. In particular, I remember when I had that fight with my mum; I didn't talk to Nishikata much that day, and I could tell he was worried for me when he showed up as I was sitting on one of the benches thinking. He tried to be supportive and keep my mood up, which he did.'
'I missed those moments most of all.'
I remember sitting there for so long, that I didn't realise an unfamiliar character had started a conversation with me. I asked what they wanted and they said something that shocked me.'
"Don't you miss me, Takagi!"
