She possesses the abilities of a shifter and thus the abilities of a wolf, this includes enhanced eyesight, enhanced hearing and enhanced smell. She can do "Half-Shifts" to adopt certain traits further but this takes some time. She can fully shift into a dire wolf as well although it is difficult for her to shift back.

Alicia has learned blood magic from her people as well, this blood magic allows her to draw on the strength of others from their blood but only for a short time. The most disturbing feature is when she collects a heart when consumed she can borrow a defeated foe's abilities although for only a short time.

Alicia uses a shortsword and a longbow, both have unfamiliar runes scratched into them that enhance them to a degree but at a price.

Personality

"I might be mean to you but that's because I don't know if you are worth being nice to"

When first encountered Alicia might seem like the rudest person one has ever had the displeasure of meeting. She will degrade others and "Put them in their place" Alicia likes to be in control of every situation and will try to show her dominance to all.

This is simply but a shell, Alicia is not truly this way. She just has a lot of fear, fear of losing control once again. She tends to relax when around the same people for a time and suprisingly makes friends quickly if they can get over her initial attitude and show her that they can be trusted to be competent. She will soften up and she considers an ally at her side family to her and is protective of them. While she may try her best to give off the impression that she is headstrong and has unwavering confidence she could not be more opposite. Alicia is very doubtful of herself and her abilities but most of all her ability to protect those who stand with her, who she considers to be her family.

Alicia looks like someone you wouldn't want to meet in a back alley at night, she has grey-white hair and a fair complexion. She wears basic more urban clothing, something she has adopted from the more advanced cities. She normally wears a small amount of warpaint which she makes a point to have constantly applied.

As a dire wolf, her fur is the same color as her hair and she is about the size of a bear in height.

Strengths

"I am the finest tracker in the lands, I am a master of the hunt"

Alicia knows how to track better than anyone if a beast has roamed the lands she can find it. This is her expertise, finding people who don't want to be found.

She also has a lot of survival skills being able to easily manage herself and whoever might be with her even is the harshest environment.

She is quick on her feet and quiet on them as well, she is like a ghost when tracking a target.

Weaknesses

"I possess no weaknesses, I have trained for years to overcome anything"

If a foe does not have blood she cannot fight them nearly as well.

She is not charismatic, it is clear when she lies and is in no way convincing.

She is absolutely horrified by snakes, they creep her out with how they move and function.

She enjoys a good hunt, tracking someone or something that knows how to cover their tracks very well.

She actually enjoys having companions despite her brashness hinting otherwise.

She dislikes incompetence or weakness in her companions and will instantly try to help them get over it.

She hates being weak compared to others or the fact that someone is stronger than her.

She does not like the idea of money.

Backstory

"That doesn't matter"

Alicia Shaw was born into a tribe of shifters who practiced blood magic. As a child life was fairly simple but she was very competitive, always trying to be the best, when she was 14 years of age the day of the proving commenced. The day her very soul would be fused to that of a beast, only the strong would be able to remain in control of themselves. Most would get a simple fox, owl or a coyote if they were lucky and strong. Alicia was both fortunate and unfortunate that night, as the spirit of a dire wolf was drawn to her. For nights the two spirts fought for control, until finally, Alicia was victorious at least in the eyes of her tribe. In reality, she struck a deal with the wolf agreeing that they were equals but Alicia's body still belonged to her. Years went by and she continued to hone her skills, the abilities of the wolf made her easily dominate any competition. At the age of 20 the wolf grew tired of the deal, taking control it slew everyone, in a rage Alicia dominated the spirit of the wolf, eliminating in conscience and taking control permanently. Then she moved on, eventually, she became a mercenary, specializing in tracking down high priority targets.
