Will POV

I knew something was up with Nico when he stumbled twice on the way to the training arena, so I decided to go check on him. You know, like a good boyfriend.

When I caught up to him and grabbed his arm, I felt the all-too familiar sensation of shadows underneath his skin.

"Nico di Angelo, what is the meaning of this?!" I demanded.

"N-nothing." He stammered. "Just a few quick round trips to Camp Jupiter."

"NICO!"

"I'm sorry! It's just that I was going to see Hazel and then when I got back Grover and Tyson asked to go see Ella and Reyna so I took them and then I came back like five minutes ago!"

"Oh my god child." I pressed my face into his shoulder. "If you shadow-travel even once more for the rest of the week, there will be dire consequences."

A sly grin came over Nico's face and before I could ask him what he was doing, he grabbed my arm and shadow-travelled us both to the Hades cabin.

"Nico!"

He lay back on the bed, barely disguising his elbow falling through the pillow. "Now how about those dire consequences?"

I rolled my eyes, only this guy would risk permanent injury for a sexual innuendo.

Nico POV

Maybe this was a bad idea, since Will didn't seem to find my pun very funny and I could feel the mattress springs with my butt. Then, Will sat down on the bed beside me and kissed me.

"Okay Neeks, you've had your fun, now seriously, no more underworldy stuff! It's already having a serious effect on your physical health and I don't wanna risk losing you."

I felt super bad then. "Okay Will, I promise to not do anything underworldy for the rest of the week. I'm sorry."

Will laughed softly, "I know you are."

He lay down on the bed and I nestled into his side. We stayed there for the rest of the afternoon until I wasn't fading away any more.
