Elizabeth's P.O.V
It's been a few months since I've met Meliodas and ever since then my heart is filled with compassion. The way his warm hand holds onto my hand with such care...I've felt it somewhere before. But where? And how..? After my right eye had turned golden with some strange symbol...I have dreams of me with wings together with Meliodas. Could it really be just a dream? Or could they be...memories of a past life?
"Hey Elizabeth~! Why the long face?" Meliodas spoke happily but his eyes were filled with worry. Of course he would...he loves me after all just like I love him. Having those dreams...made me feel happy. Strange..
"I'm fine idiot! I've just been having weird dreams lately." I smiled lovingly at him...so I could ease his worries.
"What kind of dreams Elizabeth? Are they dirty~?" Curse that playful smirk of his! My heart races only because of him...that idiot.
"Pervert! Anyways, in my dreams my hair is different and I have wings. I'm together with you in demon form." Meliodas looked happy hearing my words...could they possibly be actual memories?
"I knew it! You really are Goddess Elizabeth~!" Meliodas giggled cheerfully and begun telling me stories about my previous life as a goddess. I was even his lover and died because of the gods...
"I need to be alone for a while...I need to think." I walked away and went to my secret spot...so I could think about everything Meliodas told me. I was a goddess that fell in love with Meliodas...despite him being a demon. Such a story couldn't possibly be true...could it?
"...Meliodas." I mutter softly and my head began to hurt. Memories started coming into my head...that's right! I am the Goddess Elizabeth! I need to see Meliodas right now...!
"Meliodas!" I shouted as I ran back to him and he looked at me with a confused expression.
"...Elizabeth! Your right eye!" Meliodas blurted out as I looked into his emerald orbs sadly...our love is what caused his undoing..
"Listen to me!! ...We have been cursed." I spoke firmly and he immediately put his hands on my arms. He looked hurt and scared...
"Cursed...? What kind...?" Meliodas muttered softly as his grip on my arms had tightened.
"I'll tell you...but before that I want you to promise me something. That no matter what happens...even if I should die again, break this curse someday...!!" I begged with pleading eyes. I needed to know that he'd end this curse...I do not want him to suffer.
"But-!"
"Promise me...!"
Meliodas nodded in understanding then looked into my eyes once again with a determined expression.
"I understand! Even if you should die...I will keep my promise with you!" He spoke firmly, making me smile a bit. He's so strong...I admire him for that.
"...Thank you. Then I'll tell you..."

...Three Days Passed.

Meliodas' P.O.V
Elizabeth died right before my eyes for the second time...why? Why did this have to happen...!? I can still hear her voice...as she told me about our curses.
"Your father and my mother have cursed us. Eternal life...and Repeated Birth. You can't age...and even if you die, you will rise. I will continue to repeat my limited life as a human...and I will forget the memories of my previous life." After burying Elizabeth...I cried. I cried so much it hurt...till there were no tears left to shed. Why her? Why Elizabeth...? "If I regain a memory of my previous life...somehow your way to protect me will fail. After three days...I will die." As I wiped my left over tears...I started walking away from Elizabeth's grave. I couldn't bare to be there any longer.
"Not only that...everytime I am reborn, I will always meet you, and fall in love with you. And by coincidence...I will die before your eyes." I promised Elizabeth that someday I would break her curse...and I'm going to keep it. I will not fail her...not again.
