Chapter 2 -
Daniel then looks at me with no reaction. I try figuring but he just looks at me. "What" I say blushing a bit. "N-nothing" He says quickly looking at the teacher.

I try shrugging it off but I couldn't. I kept thinking about Daniel the whole way through class. I kept glancing at him and I'm pretty sure he would notice because he would give me a small smile each time I did. I would get butterflies each time he did. Should I just confess feelings for him? No, he just broke up with his girlfriend, I couldn't. Damn it, I really like Daniel and I can't do anything about it. Should I at least give him-

"Y/n" the teacher says slamming her hand on the table. "Y-yeah" I say confused because I didn't know what was going on. "Pay attention, you have detention after school now" she says with attitude. "Great" I whisper to myself.

Through the class, I kept trying to stay awake. I just couldn't, it was so boring and barely no one was paying attention. I lay my head in my arms on the desk. I was so tired and I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore that I just fell asleep. -

|17 minutes later|

I wake up by someone putting my hair behind my ear. It was Daniel and when he saw I was awake. He quickly put his hand down. "Sorry, didn't mean to wake you up" he says. "It's alright" I say looking at the teacher.

She was in her phone with her feet on the desk. I look around and everyone is just chatting.

"Do we have a free period" I ask Daniel. "Yeah, she gave up when she saw you sleeping." Daniel says laughing. I roll my eyes playfully while smiling. Daniel stops laughing and looks at me smiling but soon his smiles fades and he has a sad expression looking down. "You feeling any better" I say. "I guess, I mean it's only been about 27 minutes." He says.

I glance at Ali, she was staring at Daniel. The football player was flirting with some other girl. She's gonna want Daniel back, no she can't. Daniel would take her back instantly. I gotta make a move before her. Damn it, but how. Daniel probably just considers me as a friend. Than a thought came to mind. You see, me and Mr. Miyagi have always been close. Mostly because I live next to him. He always helps me out but he's....
