Jack Frost And The Unsolved Mystery

Elsa had asked me if I could pay some attention on her sister, Anna, and ever since she asked that I did, I went to her window every night before going back to the guardians hideout,  and this night to, she was asleep but didn't look as peaceful as she should..

I stayed with her for a bit and even while I wasn't sure if she believed in me, if she could see me, my presence seemed to have a bit of an positive effect on her
I'm sure it's because of my powers, it probably reminds her of her sister...
I wish I could do more for them but I guess training Elsa is everything I can do..
I saw some pictures of Anna and Elsa together, they looked so close it's beautiful but also sad... I wish I could convince the King and Queen to let them play together because such beautiful sister bound shouldn't go to waste only because of one accident
I went to their room, the king was there but it didn't looked like he could see me so I decided to write an letter

I hope that by using my full name they might have more trust and even though that they won't see me, I still layed it on the bureau
As long as they don't tighten Elsa even further then this letter shouldn't hurt a fly and maybe even help her..
I flew back to the room of Elsa to look if she was sleeping already, especially because I hadn't seen any dream sand yet.. I saw her laying in bed but she wasn't sleeping, instead she was looking at the doll she had gotten from Anna and the snowflake she got from me so I decided to come back in
"Shouldn't you be asleep snowflake?" I ask her as I walk towards her bed
"Shouldn't you be back with the others already?" She said with an mischievous smile
"Touché" I chuckled "I come from your sister and after seeing how she was sleeping I thought I should see with you" I don't think it's smart to tell her that I wrote that letter or that Anna was having an nightmare for that matter, I don't want to make her uncomfortable.. "I can't sleep.." She says with an soft voice
"I hope it's not because of our little training" I went to sit next to her on the edge of the bed
"I just sometimes have nightmares.." She answers and to be honest I didn't expect that "nightmares?" I ask and she nodded "shall I ask Sandy for some more dream sand?" Like it's the most normal thing to talk about..
"I don't want to bring you into trouble Jack.." She says as she holds the doll of Anna close
"Don't worry about that" I softly go with my hand through her hair and she smiled sweet at me "I'll go back and you promise you'll get some sleep alright? Tomorrow we continue training"
She nods and I go fly out the window and back to the North Pole where I noticed I apparently had missed the Northern lights I think.... "What's going on?" I ask as I come in
"What you mean Jack?" North asks
"Well everyone is here together and..." I look a bit at Tooth and she nods "and I just came back from Arendelle where an little girl can't sleep and her sister is experiencing nightmares"
It's clear that wasn't the answer they expected, especially Sandy
I looked at each one of them before locking my eyes on Sandy, he looked at me to and started rambling
"Okay okay, Sandy, thank you but no one can understand that" I started thinking out loud "I know we defeated him but.. Could it be Pitch again?" I say while holding my staff closer and tightened my grip on it
"This quickly after defeat? I don't think so Jack" North answered
I leaned a bit against my staff, I knew that whatever it is, I have to protect Elsa even more..
I turned my back at them and looked at the moon a bit "something feels off.." I mumbled a bit
I started worrying about Elsa and tighten the grip on my staff even more, yet only Tooth noticed that I got tense "Jack..?" She said as she got closer but I wasn't listening, I kept looking at the sky while I tried to concentrate on the feeling and an soft glow appeared around my hand on my staff "Elsa.." that's all I said before flying off as quickly as I could

Without me noticing the others followed me, I only noticed them after taking Elsa in my arms, hugging her calming "It's alright snowflake" I whispered
"Jack.. I'm scared.." She says while softly sobbing and I hold her close
"I know I know but don't be.. Let's have a little fun instead"
She looks up at me with tears in her eyes and while I whipped her tears softly from her cheeks she started smiling sweetly and nodded after which I made it snow in the room
I looked a bit at the others as it looked like Elsa hadn't seen them
"Jack.. How did you..." Tooth begin
"I don't know... I just felt something.." I answer while watching Elsa build an snowman
"Your connection is to powerful Jack" North started
"Why? Because I'm helping her?" I got a bit annoyed, if Elsa hadn't gotten scared they wouldn't know "No mate, because you feel her feelings" Bunny interfered
"I just wanna help her, she's just like me guys, I can't abandon her" I clinched my staff in my hand and I guess Elsa noticed that because I all of a sudden felt an soft little hand on mine holding my staff
"Are you in trouble Jack...?" She asked with an little soft voice
"It.. It's alright Elsa, don't worry about it" even though I was angry at the other guardians her touch kind of calmed me
"This can't cont---" North started
"You can't do this North" Tooth came inbetween and gave him an look to remind him that this discussion wasn't something to do in front of an child before turning back to me "Jack can you calm Elsa? I'll talk with Mr grumpy and furry here"
"You're becoming good with those insults Tooth" I softly chuckled "let's have some fun Elsa" while I was making Elsa happy again, Tooth talked with North and Bunny about what she knew about Elsa and me, I'm sure they weren't going to be happy with it but I'm glad I've taken Tooth into trust with everything 
After Elsa calmed I tucked her back in bed after which Sandy came next to me, he gave her an little present, as she opened it I saw it was an beautiful golden dream catcher

"That looks beautiful Sandy, is that dreamsand?" I ask a bit curious and as answer Sandy nods happily, he looks pretty proud about it
"it's definitely beautiful, thank you sandman" Elsa smiled very sweet and thankful at Sandy and kept the dream catcher close
Sandy tried to tell her something so I figured I should do some translation
"He says that he's happy that you like it, the dream catcher will bring good luck and chase away bad dreams, the more you believe, the stronger it will be, everything will be better eventually, we both promise"
"Thank you, both of you" Elsa answers and Sandy bowed like an gentlemen "it's our pleasure princess" I said before bowing as well and we all laughed a bit
After Sandy put her to sleep with his dream sand they all took me back towards the sleigh where I obviously got an lecture about my secret visits to Elsa
"I told you already, I got the mission from Manny to keep an eye on Elsa and to train her! I'm the only one who can train her and she needs it!!" Why do I always have to lose my cool around them? Why can't they just trust me.. 
"Poor girl..." Tooth whispered quietly
"I'm sorry Jack but these visits are over" North didn't even look at me while saying that
"You don't understand North, as soon as I completely leave her she'll fall back! Her parents lock her up, she can't even play with her sister and is scared for her powers, she needs me..." I tried to convince them, I'm glad that at least Tooth is on my side and Sandy is neutral but he never really chooses an side
"It's final Jack, I'm sorry" North said
"No you're not! You don't care even for a little bit what will happen" I flew off, targetting Antarctica again, when I was at my hideout I just went laying down and think about what to do now as the others have now forbid me to go back to Elsa, then again I need to help her.... For the first time since being an guardian I have to ignore their wishes and do what I think is best... I have to help Elsa with any cost....
