You bring her to meet your family ✅

"I'm so nervous." Taylor said as you pull up to your childhood home and park outside.

"Don't be nervous. They are going to love you." I said as I got out of the car and Taylor go out as well.

This is the first time my parents are meeting Taylor.

I'm so excited they are finally meeting her! They ask me about her all the time over the phone and have been waiting for this moment for a long time since the two of us started dating.

Next month will be our one year anniversary so now is the time we decided to finally see each other's family's. Two weeks ago you met Taylor's family for the first time and they couldn't be more wonderful. Taylor's mom was lovely and her father happy welcomed me into the family like I've known them for years. And her brother Austin was very nice and he made lots of jokes saying if I left Taylor would track me down. Taylor didn't like that be he quick said it was a joke. I laughed at it knowing I would do the same if I had a sibling.

We walk up to the front door and I rang the doorbell.

"Y/N!! Hi sweetie." Mom said hugging me.

"Hi mom!" I said hugging me and gave me a kiss on the cheek.

"This must be Taylor." Mom said looking at Taylor.

"Hi I'm Taylor. It's nice to meet you." I said

"Call me Jennifer dear. Come in." Jennifer said and we walked inside.

"Y/N! Hi pumpkin." Y/N dad said hugging her.

"Hi Dad!" She said hugging him back tightly.

"This is Taylor. My girlfriend." Y/N said to her dad and he looked at me.

"Hello I'm Dave." Y/N dad said and put his hand out to shake mine and I grabbed on gripping on firmly.

"Hi I'm Taylor." Taylor said.

"Wow nice handshake. I already like this one." Dave said.

"Dad!" Y/N said embarrassed and I just laughed.

"Well my dad did taught me about a good handshake." I said.

"I have a feeling we would get along nicely." Dave said.

"He would like you as well." I said.

We talked for hours after that, I learned more about Molly's childhood with Molly's protest of not bringing up her embarrassing childhood memories. I learned that Molly parents met when they where in middle school and started dating in high school and been together for all of these years. It's rare to find a love like that nowadays.

We finished eating dinner and started to put the dishes away,

"Here let me help." I did getting up and help clearing the table.

"No no I've got it." Jennifer said.

I put the plates on the kitchen counter and Jennifer them in the sink.

"Taylor! Over here." Dave said and he was sitting on the couch. I walked over and say down next to him.

We talked for an hour then we had to leave as it got darker.

"We have to leave now." Y/N said.

"Have a safe drive home." Jennifer said hugging Molly.

"Welcome to the family. Thank you for treating Molly right. She cares about you so much." Jennifer said hugging me.

"You're welcome and I know." Taylor said.

We went into the car and drove home.
