Lazily walking to the front door, I numbly pulled out my keys and opened the front door with a light push. I just got back from Andy's, I felt like I was fighting for my country trying to battle this hangover. Scuffing my feet into the bare hall, I quietly kicked off my shoes, and mentally counted...
One...
Two...
Three...
Silence surrounded me, this was a sign that Sarah was out, probably bending over for anything with a pulse. Sulking my way towards the kitchen, I made my way over to the fridge and picked up my usual Budweiser, opening the bottle, I took a long swig. In my eyes, the only way to get rid of a hangover, is to get completely wrecked again. Looking up towards the counter, I noticed Sarah's skinny leopard print purse, smirking I picked up the purse and began my search.
Phone numbers...
Condoms...
Declined credit cards...
Loose change...
Business card...
Wait? Business card? Picking up the card by its corners I slowly skimmed over the formal font.

Holy shit... My father left us to become a rich bitch? That cunt! He left me and my mother to become some dickhead that has enough money to feed the whole of Africa alone!? Wait... Plastering a smirk on my face, I sprinted out off the kitchen with the brightest idea I have ever mustered...._____________________________________________________________________________________________________
"Are you fucking crazy?!" I chuckled as Andy gawked at me in disbelieve. "Come on, you said it before yourself that I have to get away from my mother" "Colette, not all the way to New York! It's too dangerous" "and staying with Sarah isn't?" Andy closed her eyes monetarily. "Where will you get the money?" She asked barley above a whisper. "Well..." Andy scrambled to her feet "no, no,NO!" "please...where else am I supposed to find the money?" "I can't ask my parents to give you money to go see your father you haven't seen for six years!" Taking a deep breath to collect myself, sometimes Andy really needed to live in the moment. "Andy, your coming with me-" "Colette, that won't make a difference" "maybe if you stopped fucking interrupting me!" Andy quietly apologised and motioned for me to continue. "As I was saying, you'll come with me and tell your parents your going to Australia a little earlier than planned, they will pay for my fare to New York without even knowing, it's a win win situation, you can practise photography in NYC, and I'll get to see my dad and ask for some things that are long over due"
We sat in silence for what felt like two hours, but had only been twenty minuets, Andy rubbed her hands over her face, sighing deeply, her voice came out so shakily it was barely audible "you owe me big time.."
//AN: okay, again really short chapter, my apologies. Hopefully I'll post a longer chapter next, hope you enjoyed this chapter!//
