The three of them finished the video and before I knew it, lunchtime had arrived. We all walked into the vlog room and sat down. "Lunchtime means lunchtime!" Anthony said.
"So let's get the cameras and get recording I guess!" Ian said. Noah looked at me.
Ian and Anthony walked out of the room. "This is just some little extra show the fans love where we go and get food and all that bullcrap." I smiled. His voice is so cute, and the way he smiled after talking to me sent me crazy. "Think we can survive a video with them?"
"Hopefully." I laugh. Ian and Anthony walk back into the room.
"Alright, we're back. You two, like, making out yet?" Ian jokes as he closed the door. Noah sighed.
"What's for lunch?" I ask.
"We can go to the McDonald's drive through?" Ian suggested.
"Seems good to me!" Noah said.
"Yeah I agree with Noah." I mumbled.
"Of course you do." Anthony smirked. "Let's head to the car and get to the drive through." We walk to the car when suddenly my phone rings. It's Damien.
"My roommate's calling me, one second." I answer the phone. "Hey Damien!" I get into the car.
"Shayne! I'm so sorry I'm still out of town. Did you get the job?" Anthony starts driving to McDonalds.
"No worries! And yeah I did! I'm with some of my coworkers right now on the way to lunch."
"Hi Shayne's roommate." Anthony screams at the phone.
Damien giggles. "Tell that dude I said hi."
"Okay yeah I will." I smile.
"Anyways I've got to go. Got a recording gig for a new game in a few. Talk to you later!"
"Bye Dames!" He hangs up. "He said hi back by the way." I say to Anthony as I shove my phone in my pocket.
"Well I'm gonna start recording now." Ian says as he pulls out the camera. "Hey everyone! It's time for another lunchtime with smosh! Today we have one of our new hires, Shayne with us!"
I wave at the camera and smile. "And now we're on our way to get McDonalds because why not?" Anthony says.
"Also I'm here!" Noah giggles in the most adorable way imaginable.
"Oh yeah, Noah's here." Ian rolls his eyes jokingly. We pull up to the drive through and Ian sets the camera in his lap.
"Hi! Thanks for coming to McDonalds today how may I help you?" A familiar voice comes through the loudspeaker.
"I'll take a McChicken and a medium Pepsi." Ian requests.
"I'll take a side salad with a water." Anthony smiles. Ian pulls out his wallet. "Noah what do you want?" Anthony whispers.
"May I have a quarter pounder with a large lemonade and two straws please?" Noah asks.
"And can I have some Chicken Nuggets?" Noah starts laughing while covering his eyes.
"Sure that'll be 23.57 at the first window! Have a nice day!"
"You too!" Anthony says back to the woman.
Ian picks the camera back up. "Chicken Nuggets?" Ian asks.
"I don't know thought I'd try it." I shrug.
"Noah's boyfriend you sure are a handful." Anthony teases.
"He... has a name you know." Noah interrupts.
"Okay Shaynes boyfriend." Ian jokes.
Noah sighs and tries to hide his smile before laying his head on my shoulder. We pull up to the first window and the woman comes and asks for our money. Ian hands over his card to Anthony who gives it to the woman in the window. "I'll be right back!" She smiles as she leaves to go get our food. "Here you go." She says as she gives us the food. Somehow she's able to see me. "Wait, Shayne?"
"Oh, uh, hi Christine!" I push my head forward from the back seat so she can see me better.
"It's been a while. How's life?" She asks.
I hit the back of Anthony's seat multiple times. "I'm doing well."
"Well uh sorry to interrupt but we have to go it's been really nice seeing you bye!" Anthony quickly says before speeding out of the McDonalds.
The others all break out in laughter. "What the FUCK just happened?" Ian yells
"That was my crazy ex-girlfriend from six months ago." I say before sipping from Noah and I's shared lemonade.
"Do you... are you two sharing a lemonade?" Anthony asks, looking at us in the rear view mirror.
"Yeah so..?" Noah says.
"WHAT IS... SO MANY THINGS ARE HAPPENING!" Anthony yells before stopping at a red light. Noah and I break out in laughter.
"Let's get back to the office and eat and maybe talk about Christine." Ian says before sipping from his Pepsi.
Quicker than Imaginable we were back in the smosh office. Noah and I were sitting across from Ian and Anthony eating at a circle table. Ian started the camera again and we started eating. "So, who's that Christine girl?" Anthony asks.
"When I was on ICarly here father was one of the behind the scene workers so she made her father force me to hang out with her and I got so annoyed of knowing here for years and years I figured if we dated and then had an awkward break up she'd never want to talk to me again." It felt nice to get that off my chest. Half of me thought it was funny, the other half felt like shit from that whole experience.
"You were on ICarly?" Ian questions.
"Yeah."
"Wow." Anthony says.
"You're too good for Smosh!" Ian jokes. "You and your boyfriend go like in a mansion in London or something."
"Shut up!" Noah laughed.
