Sweetheart,
I don't know if I should start by calling you that already, but it's there and I can't do anything about it now, but here we go. This is new and I think it's best if we both recognize that. I know who I am, but I understand that you don't. I am willing to work with you through this, but I can't promise there won't be bumps in the road. I'll try. I will, but you need to as well. We have to work together to get where we want in the future. So, overall, I am here and willing. Can we meet at that same point? We're a clean slate. I wish I could say I won't hurt you like someone else did before, but that's up to you. Let's figure this out together, shall we?
