I hate the way you lie to me

There was a time when she thought she would spare his life. He smiled at her in a dark way, his dark eyes scanning her face. He was both babyish and mean, innocent and savage. Maybe it'd be someone else she'd kill.

But when she got close, she saw it. The tendencies he had. He'd play with a girl and then leave. Her anger got the best of her. She tightened the knife in her hand. In her dorm, there wasn't much light. Her roommate was barely there, out with her boyfriend.

That's who he was. Jeon Jungkook was her roommate's boyfriend. That's why she thought she would spare him. Until they both came in, her roommate trying to push him out, ignoring the cries, "please, baby listen to me". He cheated. He lied.

It wasn't her but she felt the pain. All men do is lie. She'd kill him. She decided right then and there. She didn't let her roommate know that she was going to take revenge. The opportunity was there but she didn't know how or when or why she felt so obligated.

But Jeon Jungkook would die. She'd make sure. She watched him at parties, how he'd call every girl baby, make them feel special, then ditch them when they got too close. He was like her, with each and every victim, but he didn't kill them, only their hearts. In a way, she thought that was worse.

At least her boys didn't have to suffer long. She had nightmares sometimes, she deserved it. She wished she could take it all back. But the pain in her chest and the knife in her grasp was all she knew. And death was her legacy, her next victim was Jeon Jungkook.

She smiled as she seduced him, had him follower her around. Called him, took him through a maze of trying to prove himself worthy of her. She refused his advances and he fell for her more. She laughed as she gave him a taste of his own medicine.

It'll be sweet when he goes down. So she fooled him and with every word, she knew, he would break at her touch and fall apart, crumble, like every girl he every encountered. He lied, but she lied too, and her lies were stronger, he thought they were true.

'This is your punishment,' she thought. 'This is your doom.' As she pinned him down on the pavement outside the girl's dorms, ready to carve out his heart, she was stopped.
