Then, I turned around. I continued with my chores.
I heard him let out a confused sigh.
"So how are you?" He asked.
"How am I?" I chuckled, the audacity!
"Yes."
"I'm just peachy, thanks." I said sarcastically. I shook my head.
"Look, I-" he started.
"No, I will not ever, I mean everything-" I said turning around,
But I was cut off by the heels of Miss Marin's stilettos.

"This is Luke. Please, show him his room. Then, join us and the notify the rest of our children that it's time for snacks." She commanded in a bitter-sweet tone.

"Yes, Miss Marin." I said leading Luke out the door.
He spun around on his heels and followed close behind.
We walked up the staircase, then down the hall and up the next.
The awkward silence was bothering him I could tell, but I refused to talk to him. He left, and I don't want him here.
We got to my room.
"This is my room. That's yours." I pointed to the end of the hall.
I turned into my room. He took a double take.
I walked in.
"Is that it then?" He asked. He leaned against the door frame.
"Yea actually." I said, starting to put some clothes away.
"Okay, ." He said, giving up on me, and walking towards his room.
This wasn't a game. This is how it's gonna be, I need to ignore. He left, and I will never forgive Luke Hemmings.
