Shawn Mendes was scared shitless. To say he was terrified was an understatement. The Cabello family had invited him to have dinner with them. His girlfriend of 6 months had literally begged him not to go. Saying that her dad was going to intimidate him and he would leave her. But he reassured her that if he didn't go he would be labeled as a coward, and Alejandro already hates him enough.

Many people would think he was so scared of having dinner with the Cabello family because it was the first time he was meeting his girlfriends parents. But that wasn't the case. He was scared shitless because just a week before Alejandro has came to Shawn's apartment to pick up Camila. Stating that she needed to come home after not being there for 3 days. And that wasn't the problem. The problem was that Shawn answered the door with just a towel wrapped around his waist. And Camila in the kitchen with just a towel wrapped around her. Now this was quite a scene for Mr.Cabello to see.

Flashback to last Friday morning:

Shawn had woken up to Camila sleeping on his chest and the windows beaming in sunlight. He was happy, content that after 3 years he had finally gotten Camila to be in a relationship with him. Last night Camila and him had celebrated their 6 month anniversary. Things had got pretty steamy, resulting in Camila and Shawn completely naked in bed.

When Shawn felt Camila stir in her sleep he knew it wouldn't be long until she was up. So he decided to take a shower and not even 10 mins of him being in the shower Camila had decided to join him. Their shower had ended up in shower sex but honestly who didn't know it would.

When Shawn stepped out he wrapped a towel around his waist and then wrapped a towel around Camila giving her a kiss and walking out of the bathroom. That's when the doorbell rang. Shawn had contemplated whether to go and get dressed or just answer the door in his towel. Of course he chose the second choice thinking it was Brain or Connor needing something.

When he opened the door his heart literally stopped. It was Alejandro Cabello in front of him not one of his friends. His grip on his towel tightened as he said hello to him. He was going to invite him in and ask him to wait until he got changed but you know life just doesn't work that way. Camila walked right past the front door still in her towel and her long wet brown hair dripping on the floor as she walked.

Alejandro eyes widened piecing together that they had just gotten out of the shower that they had together. See Alejandro wouldn't have been as mad as he was being that Camila had told him that her and Shawn were just friends when he asked 3 weeks ago. But then he realized that she had lied to him and already he didn't like that. So before Shawn knew it he was in the middle of Camila and her dad arguing in Spanish. Now Shawn didn't need to know Spanish to understand that Alejandro Cabello was pissed off.

Before he knew it Camila turned around and told him so had to go. She started to head towards his bedroom and honestly Shawn didn't know if he should follow her. But then he remembered that he is literally wearing a towel and that all his neighbors are probably getting flashed right now, not that they would complain.

He had invited Alejandro in much to his displeasure. Shane had wanted a good morning, Mila cooking breakfast and then them watching tangled all day. But his plans were now ruined. When he walked in to his room he found Camila only in a bra and underwear waking around to pack her stuff. It literally took everything in him to not have a repeat of last night but he realized that her father was waiting in the living room.

Flashback ends:

So here Shawn was in front of the Cabello residence wishing he was anywhere but there. He walked up to the door and knocked. He had expected Mila to answer the door but instead it was Mr.Cabello. Shawn had introduced himself getting a "yeah I know who you are" from him.

Camila's mom suddenly came in front of Alejandro whispering how rude he can be. Sinu Cabello loved Shawn. She had been rooting for them to get together ever since they meet. She was beyond excited to learn that he and her daughter started dating. Sinu was the only one Camila told. So when Camila would disappear for days she knew where she was and had covered for her daughter.

The Cabello family and Shawn all sat at the dinning room table. They were sitting in awkward silence since Alejandro already didn't like Shawn based on how he answered the door. The awkward silence continued until Camila broke it telling her mother how good dinner was, Shawn soon followed her. It had gone quite again. Until Alejandro spoke up.

"So Shawn do you usually answer your door almost completely naked or do you only do that on Friday's?"

A/N: Hello, I'm back :) This type of chapter had been an idea inside my head all week and I just found to the time to write it down so here you go.
