Bored. Molly was completely and totally BORED out of her skull. She wasn't quite sure how long she had remained in this dusty old place and the guardian.....sorry.....ANUBIS had refused to tell her where he was hiding her! All she knew was this place was practically a death trap with live bugs waiting to eat her around every corner so Molly would just stay put in the room she had woken up in just for the sake of not getting eaten. She was technically by herself because Anubis had gone back inside of her and became one with her body again so he was stuck in her head again. Ever since he went back into her head, things had been awkward to say the least but she had been reassured that his servant would guard her and keep her out of trouble. It didn't take a rocket scientist to tell Molly that little servant was probably the Scorpion King hence the other reason she refused to leave the room. She'd had just about enough of mummies for a while thank you very much! Speaking of mummies, Molly couldn't stop thinking about Imhotep as weird as it sounded. The more she mulled over his fate her in head, she realized that all he ever wanted was to be a father to Aahmas. He wanted to raise her as best as he could and even went as far as summoning Anubis to protect her in case anything bad had happened to him. Maybe he wasn't such a bad guy after all. Maybe the only reason he was doing this was because of HER. Molly scowled as she thought of Anuck Su Namun. Hell, Aahmas even hated the woman and she was only a baby. Maybe deep down, Aahmas knew that Anuck Su Namun would be the end of the man she came to know as her father and wanted him to get away from her. From the dreams she used to have growing up....well I suppose now Molly came to know them as Aahmas' memories, Aahmas had loved the priest as though he was her real father. She wanted him to be happy. Maybe that's why whenever Molly came into contact with Imhotep she felt sadness and even pity for the priest. Maybe Aahmas was trying to reach out to the one whom she once knew as her father. Maybe she was trying to tell him that it wasn't too late to change. Molly suddenly got to her feet and made her way out of her hiding spot. Of course, Molly was careful as all hell whenever she can into contact with the bugs and went the opposite direction. Eventually, Molly could hear what sounded like a struggle up ahead and quickly made her way towards the sound. When she got there, she found her father and that Anuck Su Namun reincarnate going at each other. Molly felt relief and happiness overwhelm her when she saw her father. "DAD!" yelled Molly with a large grin. Jonathan quickly looked over to see who had called him after shoving that crazy woman off of him. "Molly!!!" he yelled but Meela was on him again. As soon as Meela whom had been reincarnated into Anuck Su Namun unaware to Molly, spotted her, an evil idea popped into her head. That girl had taken her beloved priest away from her for over 3000 years, it was time to get rid off the child for good! Throwing the man off of her and sending him against the wall, Anuck Su Namun grabbed one of the weapons being held by one of the statues and stalked near the girl as she ran over to her father to help him up. Alex, who was hiding throughout the whole thing, saw his cousin was in danger and tried to warn her. "Molly, behind you!" yelled the eight year old. Molly looked over to her cousin briefly before spinning around as a searing pain stabbed her in the stomach. Molly froze as she weakly looked down to see blood as well as a sharp object in her stomach before slowly looking up to see a grinning Anuck Su Namun. The woman smirked before pulling the blade out as Molly fell to her knees. "Molly, no!" yelled Alex running over to his cousin as Jonathan cradled his daughter against his chest. "Molly, Molly, come on, love, don't go now. We just got you back!" pleaded Jonathan through teary eyes. Molly weakly opened her eyes as her vision faded slightly. Was this how the Medjia had killed Aahmas? Was this how she had met her end 3000 years ago? Aahmas, that's it! Molly could barely see a black pool like the one she saw eight years ago when Imhotep tried to bring his daughter back the first time. "Dad....the book....." rasped Molly weakly. Jonathan looked at his daughter confused. Here she was dying and she was talking about some bloody book! "You have to bring Aahmas back from the dead. She's the only way...." but Molly's words stopped as her eyes closed and her breath ceased. "Molly, Molly, wake up, please! I need you!" cried Jonathan as he felt his daughter stop breathing. "Uncle Jon, I got it! I know what she was trying to say!" exclaimed Alex wiping away his tears. "What, WHAT!?" asked Jonathan at his nephew's sudden outburst. His cousin just died for God's sakes! "The Book of the Dead, Uncle Jon, she wants us to bring her back with the Book of the Dead!" cried Alex tugging on his uncle's sleeve. Jonathan struggled to get up and follow his nephew while carrying his daughter's now lifeless body. "Alex, I sure as help hope you know what your doing!" cried Jonathan as his nephew dragged him down the hall. After a while of struggling, Jonathan and Alex entered a room just as Rick popped around the corner. "JONATHAN!" he screeched waving his arms. "Not now, Rick, I've kinda got something to do at the moment!" yelled Jonathan lifted Molly's body as best as he could. "Molly..." whispered Rick noticing his niece's lifeless body. However, the mourning didn't last long as Rick was throwing halfway across the room making Jonathan and Alex scream upon seeing a giant have man half scorpion thingy on the ceiling. "Alex, find that book!" screeched Jonathan protecting his daughter's lifeless body while running for his life since the creature had noticed the girl's limp body in her father's arms and was now going after Jonathan. Out the corner of his eye, Jonathan briefly made eye contact with Imhotep who was looking at Molly's body in his arms with slight disbelief and shock. "Imhotep! Your going to get yours ya hear me! Letting your undead girlfriend kill my little girl is a new low even for you!" yelled Jonathan ducking behind the corner as the Scorpion King made a grab for him.
Everything was going according to plan. The Scorpion King had believed O'Connell, his greatest enemy, was the one sent here to kill him while Imhotep played the role of the servant. The Scorpion King would destroy his enemy for him then he would kill the creature and rule the world beside his beloved Anuck Su Namun. That is until the boy and another friend of O'Connell's came running in. He could deal with them himself and started stalking towards them but stopped in horror when he saw Aahmas being held by the man. Her stomach as well as one of her hands were covered in blood and Imhotep knew she was dead just by how ghostly white she was. The priest fell to his knees is disbielf. Who did this to her? Surely it wasn't the O'Connells, they had proven how much they cared about her eight years ago. As unhappy as it made the priest, at least she was safe. The man whom Aahmas called her new father shot him a glare and started screaming about how he commanded his girlfriend to kill her. Wait a minute....Imhotep had told Anuck Su Namun no such thing! Could....could the love of his life be the one who took his pride and joy away from him? Out of the corner of his eye, Imhotep saw his beloved standing next to O'Connell's wife and immediately felt rage seeing blood covering her dress. It was faint in the light of the fire, but the priest could see it. It was Aahmas' blood. It had to be!
