32. Fix

Dream and Jao sat on the lawn, under the shade of a mango tree. They returned to the Jao's farm to relax.

"Don't be jealous. You don't even know the whole story," Jao told Dream.

"Who are you talking to on the phone then?" Dream asked the him.

"It's Ulysses. He is Ayla's second cousin, Aljean's ex-boyfriend," Jao replied.

"What?" Dream was shocked to find out.

"I called him to tell him what was going on here and to say it was time to fix his relationship with Aljean. But he was still in Singapore. He asked to watch Aljean for him while he was away. We didn't tell you because Aljean didn't want Ayla and I to talk about Ulysses. She was still angry with him."

Jao and Dream stared at each other.

"I'm sorry if I got angry right away," Dream said.

Jao smiled. "Let's forget about that," he said hugging her. "I love you."

Dream also gave a hug. "I love you too."

Suddenly, Jao's cellphone rang. They break from embracing one another. Jao took the cellphone out of his pocket and looked at who was calling.

"Ayla is calling," Jao said then answered the call. "Hello Ayla,"

Dream was just listening.

"Yes. Ulysses and I have already talked. I'll have to settle first my wedding with Dream. If you have any plans, just tell me. It's up to you to figure out how to get them together."
