Night Creature

It was December that day my mother and I used to watch late movies at noon and we ended up finishing them at exactly 2:00 am, especially when it's Saturday and I don't have a job so it was our bonding time together as mother and daughter. One evening my mom called me to go into our house and watch horror movies, I've been living separated from my mother, since dad died due to illness, I leave mom alone for her to relax and have fun with herself.

As she talked to me on the phone I told her to wait for me because I was on my way to our house but the line got cut off, as I was about to open the door, I heard a hissing sound in the bushes. I looked at it and saw nothing so I just ignored it but then the noise started to get louder.

At first, I thought it was just a snake because a lot of wild animals lurking in here for this place was a forest a long time ago. I keep on looking at whoever that sound was but I don't see anything not because it's dark but because there's nothing to see. Maybe I'm just imagining things but everything went cold so I shivered. I knocked on the door 3 times but still Mom hasn't opened it yet.

I heard the most disturbing sound as I waited for Mom to open the door it nearly seemed like someone was watching me under the tall trees here.

I whispered to myself "Please Mom hurry up and open the door" but still there was no one who opened it, I tried to knock and knock but Mom wasn't responding.

I thought to myself where could my mom go? Why isn't she opening the door? The sound gets louder and it looks like the sound is already near to me. I just got nervous and quickly took my phone to text Mom but she already messaged me she said I had to be careful to go into her house because she saw a creature outside the door.

After I read it I ran towards my car and opened the flashlight of my phone then went back again to my house. I already texted my mom that we shouldn't watch movies today. So when I arrived at my place I heard the sound again, I ran as fast as I could and immediately closed the door.

As I was about to go inside my bedroom I heard a knocking sound on my door so I walked straightly and looked at the glass window my eyes widened when I saw a horrible creature, A white bald guy who had long claws, black deep eyes without pupils, sharp teeth grinning at my front door waiting for me to open it.

I nearly screamed in fear but I immediately locked all the windows and door and hid under my couch. It was like the creature mom was telling me about but why did it follow me? I was really scared that I couldn't get up hiding on the couch. I nearly felt my sweat flowing through my body but I didn't care at all as long as that beast got away.

The knocking sound just kept on going for minutes until it suddenly stopped. Maybe it was already gone but just to make sure the creature was gone I waited until morning and sooner after that I didn't visit my mom at night because I knew the creature would be there to watch over me. I saw him again last night staring at me behind the bushes when I was going out to buy some dinner, luckily I was with my co-workers at that time who knows what will it do to me when I'm alone.
