Loki And The Wolf

Angie hung with Thor and Tony awhile until she snuck off to see what Loki was up to. But before she could even make it to the right floor Tony's booming voice came over the intercom asking for everyone to come to the living room immediately. By the way he sounded Angie knew it was about a mission.

Angie's assumption was right. There was yet another attack happening in New York. This was a all hands on deck mission. Tony was even forcing Loki to come and help. Tony said if Loki was staying with them he needed to pull his weight so what better way then this.

As soon as their feet hit the battle ground Angie took off on her own in her wolf form. Loki went to follow her thinking she was crazy to go off on her own but Thor stopped him.

"Lady wolf can handle things on her own brother." Thor said pulling Loki in the opposite direction.

Loki fought along side Thor but kept an eye out for the wolf girl. He didn't understand why he was so concerned about her where abouts. Or why his gut was in knots for not being able to see her. He never got like this. Sure they slept together but it was normal for Loki to have meaningless sex. Hell he's never had sex that ment anything to him other then a one night stand. So why did this feel different? Why did he seem to care?

Loki felt like Angie was out of sight for too long, but right as he turned to go look for her she came out from behind a building. She had jumped on one of the enemies and was in the process of ripping its head form its body. Once Angie dropped the skull from her mouth she ran off towards another bad guy.

"See brother I told you she would be fine." Thor chuckled.

Within two hours the situation was handled. All of the bad guys we're either dead or locked up and on the way to S.H.E.L.D. All of the team was standing together going over every thing that happened. The only person missing was Angie. She soon came walking over back in her human form. Right before she met up with the team an alien that was missed jumped at her ready to kill. Before anyone could yell out to warn her, Angie's hand was buried inside of her attackers chest. As she pulled her arm away the aliens heart came out in her hand. The now dead creature dropped to the ground.

"Here Brucey something to dissect." Angie tossed the heart over to Bruce.

"Gee thanks." Bruce replied while dropping the heart and wiping his now green blood covered hands off on his pants.

"Your gross." Tony said to Angie gagging a little.

"Shes ruthless is what she is. It's magnificent." Loki said while looking at Angie with a Cheshire Cat grin on his face. A blush crept up Angie's cheaks at Loki's comment.

"So Tony since we did a job well done, can we get ice cream?" Angie asked while jumping up and down like a child.

"You just ripped a guys heart out with your bear hands and you want ice cream?" Tony asked appalled.

"Yes."

"No were not getting ice cream." Tony said while walking back to the vehicles.

On the ride back Angie and Loki sat next to each other both eating ice cream cones Loki conjured up. Despite Tony saying no Loki thought she deserved the treat. And he just likes to be petty and defy Tony. When they got home everyone went inside but Tony had Angie hang back.

"So it seems you and reindeer games are getting cozy." Tony said.

"He's cool." Angie said shrugging her shoulders.

"You need to be careful kid. He can't be trusted."

"Just give him a chance Tony. Please. For me?" Angie gave Tony pleading puppy dog eyes.

"I am giving him a chance. Im letting him live here with us aren't I?"

"Ya but you could be a little nice to him. You don't gotta be rude all the time."

"Not all of us have soft spots for psychopaths."

"But you like meeee."

"Your the only exception." Tony laughed while walking into the building with his arm wrapped around Angie's shoulders.

Watching Angie and Tony walk in together angered Loki. The fact that he got angry because of that made him even angrier. He shouldn't care. What was happening? He stormed off to his room. Angie could feel his anger so she followed him.

Upon entering his room Angie was shoved up against the wall by her throat. She struggled at first but let up once she opened her eyes and could see the anger radiating off of Loki. She went limp and just looked into his eyes.

"Loki what's wrong?" Angie said bring her hand up to hold onto Loki's hand that was still wrapped around her throat. As soon as her hand landed on his he released her and jumped back out of her touch.

"Go away." Loki growled at her.

"No Loki, talk to me." Angie pleaded taking a few steps closer to him.

"I said get out." He turned his back to her.

She took the few more steps needed to reach him and wrapped her arms around him hugging him from behind. He tensed up at her touch but as she snuggled into him more he began to relax. They just stood there like that for what felt like hours to Loki.

"Blasted women." Loki mumbled before turning around in Angie's embrace and crashing his lips onto hers.
