I was walking through the white rose garden until I spot an albino kneeling down on one of them. Out of curiosity, I walked towards him "Hey, Subaru. You got a minute?"
"What do you want?" He growled
"I just need to tell you something"
Subaru stood up and said "I'm sure it's nothing of importance to me," before walking away
I followed behind him "I know you and I have something in common"
He stopped his tracks "You don't even know me"
"Hear me out, your mother hated you when you a child and begged you to kill her up to the extent of actually being given a knife that can kill your kind" I started off "My mother did the same to me. She blamed me for being a disgrace to my kind. Most of the time, she would give me her knife and tell me to either kill myself or kill her"
Subaru stood quiet. He didn't say anything after that
"You see. We aren't different from each other. Both of us have had the same past. We feel each other's pain"
Subaru hesitated to speak. He then turns around and faces me "What do you need to tell me?"
"Just promise me you won't freak out" I told him. He nodded. With that, I changed into my other form "I'm not really human like Yui"
Subaru didn't look too fazed at this "This explains why your scent is unfamiliar" He said
"Yeah..."
"What's reason why that woman said your mother was a disgrace?"
"My mother was supposed to seduce a human and find out what they were going to do with our kind. Instead, she fell in love with him and got pregnant with me. At least, that's what she told me...and because of that, she hated humans and myself. Something similar to yours, right?"
Subaru sighs before wrapping me in his arms. My body stiffens from the sudden movements. He lets me go after a moment and scratches his neck. That's when I noticed his cheeks were rosy red
"I never knew you were tsundere" I teased
"Shut up" He nervously growled "That hentai already teases me about that"
I giggled. "I'm actually glad that you and I found something in common"
