"POKER HEARTED" ✿A Jikook & Vhope Angst✿✔️

Jimin's P.O.V:-

We suddenly became the centre of attraction and everyone are gossiping about us. I was feeling awkward cause I can't stop blushing. But jungkook is okay he's like he experienced this many times. He kept on his famous poker face( only I can call him that...and u don't tease me for that😐).

We are talking with random guys passing by. Then Mr.Jeon called us for the first dance of the evening. I'm not sure of it... what if with my clumsiness I embarrass jungkook and he again starts disliking me.

I was in a dilemma when jungkook offered his hand looking into my eyes deeply. While looking into his dark brown eyes I was hypnotised and my worries have vanished into thin air. I handed over myself to him still looking into his eyes.

He took me to the centre of the dance floor and we started dancing to a romantic song ( If u didn't notice yet ...the song is mentioned above). We danced as if we are one body. My heart is racing like crazy. I think I'll explode while blushing this hard.

The dance ended but I was still holding onto jungkook while looking into his eyes. I realized I was staring at jungkook when the crowd clapped loudly impressed by our performance.

I backed a bit and stumbled at nothing but jungkook hold me tight not allowing me to fall. His one hand holding my waist and the other my hand. ( U know the famous pose of the couple right in this situation.)

Then someone whistled and everyone is wooing us. I was flustered and run away outside to breathe some air. Otherwise, for sure I would have exploded there. I was taking a walk in the garden to calm myself.

Then suddenly I received a msg from my father saying that he had something to discuss with me and to meet him in his study room in 5 min.

I was confused but shrugged it off and went straight to my father's study room to meet him. I went in sat on the couch waiting for my dad.

My dad came after 5 min and sat beside me.

"Jimin-ah! Are u fine?!"

I was surprised at this sudden question but responded saying that "I am fine appa!"

"Jimin-ah! Appa is sorry for putting u in all this trouble" he said.

"Appa! What trouble....what are u talking about?"

"U know...this marriage. U are still young and I was selfish about my business and pushed u into this forced marriage."

"Appa! U are not selfish! I know u had no other choice."

"U are a good child jimin...u are always obedient and helped me always...but I am helpless when it's my turn"

"Appa! Why are saying all this... Is something bothering u?"

"Yes..but I don't know how to say this"

"Appa! Tell me! I'll understand and help u no matter what!"

"I know jimin! After-all u are my blood...you'll understand me"

"Nae appa! Now don't hesitate and say what's it?"

"Jimin...I forced u into this marriage...but it's not my will... I had to do this..but as a father, I am not happily putting u into this loveless marriage which is a mere business deal"

"What are u trying to say appa?!"

"Jimin! Listen carefully ...what am I gonna say now..ok!"
