your books went everywhere as you walked into a figure, your thoughtlessness causing an episode of clumsiness once again.
"sorry!" you exclaimed, pushing your hair out of your face. you attempted to gather all of the books, and you could see a pair of manly hands doing the same.
"don't worry about it (y/n)-san!" semi smirked, handing over the books he grabbed to you.
you held back a groan of annoyance, and gave him a small smile.
"thank you!" you said bluntly, beginning to walk past him.
before you got too far away, he appeared next to you, and then in front of you- blocking your route.
"what?" you said, annoyance evident in your voice.
"woah, calm it (y/n)-san, i just wanted to apologise to you for the comment i made in class," semi explained, a small blush sitting on his cheeks.
"oh," you felt stupid for being so rude, a bashful beam rose to your lips," that's okay."
"i think you're quite cute, actually," semi smirked, ruffling your hair with his hands.
did i mention they were manly?
you were left there, your face crimson red.
and you could feel a stare piercing into you from behind as the boy walked away.
but when you looked- nobody was there.
