Human and humanoid, Millions of light years travelled Within minutes (through the seekers technology)...

Opening my eyes rays of bright hot light hit them, I shut them and open them again then I look around hopping that I'm in my room on earth being awaken by the morning sun and all was a just a dream but no it's not a dream but rather a bitter reality, my proof being the unconscious figure laying beside me in an awkward position.
Everywhere scents similar to the smell of fresh paint back on earth, the vast landscape in front of me is occupied by hills that go way up to the purple clouds that blanket the skies. I'm tempted to smile due to the beauty feeding my eyes but don't as I consider it a betrayal to myself due to my present situation.
I turn over to my side and tap Kira who's laying down like she was hurled to the ground then I notice am clothed in a spacesuit which has a white colour and blue lines running from my shoulders to my waist, they reflected in the bright light that governs the planet, the spacesuit had a more fitting look giving it a more creative design than the ones used on earth, Kira is also dressed the same.
After five taps, bright beautiful green eyes meet my dark brown ones. I've got to stop admiring things I'm supposed to hate, they give me a puzzled look at first then after a blink a familiar one.
"Tell me am dreaming" Kira says as she sits up and I do same

"Same thing I said to myself, and no, you are not dreaming, things are as real as they can get." things seem to have change inside me having me feeling like relating with Kira and forgetting what her planetary identity might hold "How are you feeling? Uhh.. I mean... You OK?" I brush my thick short black hair with my hand feeling embarrassed for asking, which is strange then noticing I had no air mask on and could still breath. {Due to the fact that the world of the Energies is filled with oxygen, coincidentally the same air Jake and Kira breath}

"Have been better but am good, what of you? Your the weaker one here" She say's with a smile that had me thinking of home and my cousin Jessy who has resemblance to Kira.

"No am not, humans aren't that weak you know" I smile what would be my first with her. Turning away I reply "I'm good" which is a lie my back responds to by aching me as if telling me- hey, I'm hurting down here!
When we were carried out of the seekers wide room I was brutally dragged by the same beautiful seeker that took me there in the first place, he should be the cause of my ache he was one of those with an attitude that contrast their beauty.

Kira stands up and I feel small looking up at her though I'd be taller if standing, her 6'1 height was very tall for females back on earth but common amongst the race I'm quite sure she belongs to, the race that caused my fathers disappearance, killed my mother and half of earth's human population murdered too.
Now she's looking away with the face of a shy little girl seeing a guy for the first time, she's so beautiful her dark skin having a brownish tone like Africans back on earth, like my dad, who was an African. "Jake we need to talk, I mean I need to tell you something"

"Of course you do but this time tell me everything Kira, no lies this time." I stand tired of looking up to her face and having my eyes being affected by the brightness of the bright blue star above causing the purple coloured clouds.

Kira's eyes now look up at mine and I think I see admiration in them for a second or two, or maybe it's just me missing Sandra's look at me -my English girlfriend back on earth who I really love.
"OK, I'll tell you all you need to know" I give her a look " fine, I'll tell you everything" she looks around the world of the Energies which we are presently stock in, this being second time we get stock somewhere together within what will be two days on earth but this time we know why we're here but don't know how we got here or the first step to take.

Kira inhales and starts "I, I am from Zetta the planet closest to our Galactica core we are Zettarians, you must already know that" I give a slight nod. " The name is real, am Kira Olze, second child of my parents who are one of Zetta's explorers which is why I'm also an explorer of the universe" Kira sits down on the ground and am guessing talking about her home planet is hard on her. I remain standing.
"Jake I know you think the worst of Zetta and I don't blame you. Back when I was five, back on Zetta we started having this shift in our planet's orbit which was abnormal, we later realized that our star was slowly orbiting towards the Galactica core, a black hole, which would mean all Zettarians going out of existence. We decided to look for a new world and that's when we found earth." Kira looks up at me, a familiar anger starts boiling in, I look away.

The memories come fresh to me, I was nine then all I had in my own little world as a boy was my parents but after that day I lost my dad and half of the human race gone, murdered during terrible nuclear missile exchanges between both worlds, the human race only trying to defend themselves against a more advanced Zettarians. "Your people sort to wipe out all life on earth?" I ask what was already obvious

"Yes, it was the only way to ensure earth was free for our inhabitation. After earths atmosphere was densely sealed all soldiers of Zetta involved in earth's attack were killed by the effect of the dense atmosphere of earth when they fired a nuclear missile that exploded" Kira blinks back tears, I'm surprised how similar she is to a human being " The idea changed, we decided to invade earth by pretending to be one of them and killing them from the inside, that plan is still on, it's been on for years.

I can't believe my ears, there have been another plan going on "What! is that why the earths is facing ecological issues , is that why all the animals on earth are dying? The plants too!" Oh Jake this humanoid doesn't seem to cease surprising you.

There's a squeaky noise from the spacesuit as Kira adjust her sitting position and an apologetic look on her face "Not only that Jake, it's also the reason you have those memories, the reason your mother was killed by the three Zettarians five years after the initial attack, the humans who guarded your home then, even now are Zettarians in disguise, you believe the Zettarians evaded your home but they lived with you and still do, there many like that on earth and they've been there as far back as two years after the first attack on earth twenty years ago when I was five. They are around you Jake, that's how I know all these about you."

I take a deep breath trying to stay calm on what I just heard, that'll be something to settle when all this is over and I'm back on earth "OK, fine. So the powers are they common for the Zettarians'?"

Kira stands, I believe she's tired of sitting "Yes they are, the powers are involuntary protective abilities that..." Kira is interrupted

Sound of waves echo, and darkness comes in a flash enclosing the world of the Energies in seconds, I fear we forgot too soon that we were in the world of the energies, the ground rumbles, a loud roaring sound approaching from miles away,
I look at Kira "Something's coming."
