Cheryls POV

I walked into thistle house and to my surprise nana rose wasn't here. Maybe she had left for the weekend with mother. I tried to call the she devil, but it went straight to voicemail. No surprise there. I found my self in JJs room, not sure how I got here. My eyes darted towards my favourite photo of us, JJ was looking directly at the camera and I was starring in admiration at him. Oh god how I missed everything about him. In that moment I started to cry uncontrollably. I will see you soon my brother, I will come to find you where I left you. If I had never left him maybe he would still be alive or we would be resting together. Either way I need him by my side. I lay on his bed trying to control myself and eventually I fell asleep. Somehow even his scent managed to calm me. I woke up and it was 9 pm, I checked my phone and there was a text from TT.

TT, sorry I fell asleep. Where are you? 💋

I started to worry as Toni would have let me know if she wasn't coming or if something was wrong. I tried to ring cousin Betty but she didn't answer.

I peeled myself out of bed, as I got up I was feeling dizzy. I guess all that crying had caught up to me, I ignored the feeling and decided to head for the White Wyrm as that was the last place I knew Toni to be.

Toni POV

"Fuck, jughead it's bleeding badly." I gasped.

"It's alright Toni, we are on the way to hospital. Keep pressure on it!" He yelled in a panicked voice. He kept rambling, something jughead did when he was nervous. "There wasn't meant to be that many, or any guns. I promised your grandpa I would look after you. Fuck just hold on Toni." I drifted out of consciousness.

Cheryl POV

I arrived at the White Wyrm. I was nervous I had never been here before, I mustered up some courage and walked in. Everyone looked terrible, so much blood.

"Red!" I heard someone shout out, I turned to see sweatpea.

"Where is TT?" I said in a scared tone.

"Haven't you heard, she has been taken to hospital, we are just about to head over there now." He said.

I stood there in shock.

"She was shot red, it was an ambush." Sweatpea said.

"Shot," I felt the tears start up again, " I have to go." I turned and ran back to my car. I drove as quick as I could to Riverdale hospital, my mind wondering. What if she is dead. I ran into the waiting room and was greeted by jughead and fangs.

"Where is she?" I asked as tears continued to fall.

"She is in surgery now." Said jughead.

Tears where pouring from fangs eyes.

I sat there in silence for what felt like eternity, not being able to control my crying. I can't take this anymore I can't lose anyone else, 5 more days and this pain would be gone. This brought me some reassurance and my tears began to slow.

"Topaz family," I rose from my seat and saw a familiar face it was Dr Phil Murray

"Yes," I said

"She is awake and is asking to see you Cheryl." He said offering a reassuring smile.

I followed him, " is she going to be okay?" I asked.

"Yes Cheryl, the bullet missed all of her major organs. She will be hopefully discharged tomorrow." He said pointing to her room.
