It had been a few weeks since Goldie had made an appearance. Things had seemed to return to how they were before that sign was placed on the door... and that just made everything worse. The power was working now though. Freddy taught Chica how to use the security cameras, and it really seemed to help her. No men had come lately, and that meant no word about Bonnie. Not knowing was driving Freddy mad.
"Freddy look, I can see Foxy," Chica said with a smile.
"Yeah, there he is." Chica spun around in the office chair, occasionally letting out a giggle. Her feathers blew around and she let them hit the table in front of her. She got up and ran over to the fan. The wind blew into her face and she spoke into it to hear her voice change. "Chica, can you just go sit down please?" Freddy asked trying not to reveal his anger. Chica's mood immediately turned blue and she went to sit down.
Footsteps began to creep down the hallway. "Alright, here's where we'll start the renovation," a woman's voice stated as she pointed at a place on the wall. She held a clipboard between her long fingers and was very stern as she walked around the building.
"Chica, hold still," Freddy whispered over to her. She nodded and dropped to the floor.
When the woman got to the surveillance room she jumped back, straitened her glasses, and stood up strait. "Why are these here?"
A nervous man stepped forward, his voice shaky, "Ben and Jack were supposed to come get them."
The woman didn't like that answer, "We'll get them the hell out of here." A few men rushed to grab the animatronic's feet and dragged them through the pizzeria. Freddy could feel the dust collecting on his back as he was pulled along the floor. They were lifted onto the men's shoulders and thrown into the back of a van. A few moments later Foxy was thrown on top of Chica and a crack echoed from her chest. The van immediately began driving. The engine roared as it was being pushed harder than it was meant to be. The animatronics flew around the back of the van, crashing into one another, and breaking internal pieces of them.
Chica closed her eyes and resisted the urge to get up because the humans would see. "This guy," Foxy whispered. They were thrown against the side of the van, then rammed forward when the car was finally brought to a stop, "Sucks at driving."
The doors in the back of the van opened and sunlight shown on the animatronic's faces. "What happened to you guys?" a man asked while looking at another guy and hysterically laughing. One of the men pulled Chica forward, flipped the switch on her back, then handed her to another guy. They slammed the doors shut, leaving Freddy and Foxy alone.
Foxy slowly sat up and tried to move his arms but it had become quite difficult, "Well, shit."
Freddy let out a light laugh and began to slide himself to a sitting position, "No kidding."
