Mother? I hear aurora call while sitting under a tree near the river side. Raising my head I turn to look at my daughter. "Yes beastie"? I ask. She looks at me and then back at the ground. I can see tears in her eyes.
"Aurora sweetheart what troubles you so"? I ask her. Sniffling she looks at me with tears rolling down her cheeks. Sensing she does not want to talk about it just yet I raise my wing offering to hold her. She Unexpectedly rushes to my open Embrace. Me when she is ready, I wrap my wings around her I gently start to rock her in my arms. After a few mins she finally speaks up, "oh mother I am so sorry" she Sobs Against my chest, tears soaking through my black Robs. "My dear sweet beastie listen to me, none of that is you fault I should not have lashed out I was hurt because I thought she was gonna take away my baby girl my one pride and joy and I let my angry get the best of me".
"Oh mom, don't you know by now that nobody will ever take your place ? Aurora says as she wraps her arms around my Waist while snuggling in my neck. My eyes filled with tears after hearing what she just said. I rest my head on auroras after kissing her temple. "Oh beastie you have no idea how much that means to me" I smile with tears in my eyes.
Smiling she Lifts her head up and looks into my eyes. "You don't know what you mean to me mother" she smiles at me then rests her head on my chest once more. "I love you mama"..
I smile "And I love you baby girl, more than you will ever know"!
A few mins pass and aurora pulls out of our embrace and stands up. Looking down at me she says in a Serious tone she says "I got to go mother I have someone I need to take care of before they try anything I will be back mama I promise"! She turns and runs back to the Castle where someone will soon pay for there Mistake Of Messing with the daughter of the most powerful fairy in the world.
