I pushed him away only a little to create some space for me to get away from his hold. I got out of the pool feeling Xael's eyes on me. He was still standing at the same position I left him.
Sending him a wink I turned around to grab my towel and my robe. As I was heading inside Maddox stopped me.

"Soo...you and Xael?"

"No, Madd nothing like that." I tried to laugh it off.

"You would make a cute couple though."

"Jeez Madd stop with this matchmaking. I told you I have too much on my plate right now for a relationship."

"Not even friends with benefits?"

"Nope." I said while entering my room.

I took my swimsuit off , put my hair in a ponytail and entered the tub filled with hot water .
I closed my eyes and enjoyed the sensation that it gave me leaning my head backwards.

As I was starting to get comfortable the door opened with force. At first I couldn't see who came in because of the fog but as soon as it cleared out I caught a glimpse of him. He was staring at my eyes hard like he was trying to suck the living shit out of me . Nobody said a word for sometime as I interrupted this silence.

"You know what you should do?" I turned my body straighter so I could see him better , the bubbles on the tub covering my breasts.

"What?" He asked annoyed, his eyes roaming down to where I was covered .

"Knock you piece of shit !"

He stared at me intensely before saying.

"The door was unlocked and secondly I can do whatever I please since I'm not the guest."

"I believe I've known you all for too long to be called a guest Angelo. Secondly leave because I'm naked and the bathroom is occupied."

He came near me and put his right hand on the side of the tub while his left hand came to play with the water.

"I don't believe you are in a position to give me orders...since you're the vulnerable one here." He said whlie his left hand left the water and rested near his other hand at the side of the tub.

I licked my lips and smirked while he followed the action, his fingers turning white by his strong grip on the tub.

"I really don't think I'm that vulnerable"

I leaned to his ear lobe and took my hands out of the water only to put them at his shoulders and lowly to the length of his arms,tracing his tattoos.
Slowly I left a puff of breath hit his lobe before I grazed it slightly with my teeth.
I felt him lean near the tub a little while I could feel the bubbles leave my upper part of the body.This was my cue.
I backed away and pushed him lightly by his shoulders.

"Leave."

He stared at me thinking before getting up and turning around.

"This is far from over... Fatty Betty."

He left smirking while I was fuming.
Only his words had the ability to piss me off.
That nickname is one of the worst experiences of my childhood and Kai never forgets to remind me of it even after 3 years.

During middle school and a part of high school I was fat and didn't really mind because I was content with myself but when my all time crush humiliated me in front of the whole school calling me Fatty Betty I decided it was time for a change.
Yes you guessed it right,my all time crush was Kai Angelo Cataldo but after that day I learned my self worth and reached my fittest form during second year of high school, but he had already finished his last year and left for university.

This was the first time we met after 3 years and he still is the same prick as he left. If he thought his words hurted me he should be thinking twice because training with C.I.A made me stronger mentally and physically.

The next morning everyone was at the kitchen preparing their morning before we went to the mall.

I made a glass of smoothie and some eggs and bacon and set them on the table.I turned to get a fork and knife but when I turn around I see Xael taking my bacon. Without a warning I left the knife and fork on the counter and ran to him ready to attack. Like Maddox knew what was going to happen she quickly went in front of a terrified Xael.

"Xael run!" She screamed and Xael ran like his life depended on it.

"You bitch!" I screamed before running after him. He was now on the porch outside, his hands over his knees breathing hard.

"Hi Black,how are you doing this fine morning?"

He lifted his eyes and stared at me fear evident on his eyes.

I knew I looked like a maniac because no one messed with my food and got away.

"Why are you running. Is there something wrong?"

He straightened and looked around for a escape.

"No no no redhead don't be scared. It was just a bacon after all." I said while shaking my head.

He started to relax and I took the opportunity to jump at him.
He fell to the ground while I was on top of him screaming.

"Why did you touch my bacon Gingerbread! I'm gonna hurt you bad Xael. You better give me my bacon back."

"I'm sorry I'm sorry I'll make you another one, just don't touch my face." He said while putting his hands forward to protect his face .

I smiled widely at hearing the sound of food.

"Good boy. Come one you got some bacon to cook." And lifted myself from him.

Meanwhile from the window of the kitchen was staying Maddox and Kai were looking at the scene happening before them.

"She has gotten very fierce during these years."

"She has indeed. After you left for university in Italy she had a glow up totally but she's still the same old Beatrice. "

"I don't doubt it..."
