Candice was sitting on the couch with the dogs, and noticed that Grant was getting ready to go somewhere. Where are you going babe? She asked. Uh, I'm going to La's house. Apparently, she still has some of my stuff. I need to go get them. But don't worry, I'll be back. Grant gave her a kiss before leaving the house.

Five minutes later, Candice realized that Grant  was about to enter Andrea La Thoma's house. Oh... Fuck. Candice said to herself before getting up from the couch. She quickly put on her converse sneakers, before grabbing her purse and leaving.

Grant had entered the house just as La was burning latex gloves in the fireplace. He noticed she was wearing Candice's engagement ring. Andrea, what the hell? What are you doing? Is that my grandmother's wedding ring? Grant said. Grant, hi. Yeah, I can explain. La said before getting interrupted. Don't bother. It was you. You killed that guy, then framed Candice. How could you? Grant confronted. I did it for you, I did it for us. Grant, we can fix our marriage and you can finally leave that bitch, and we can be happy again. La explained.

No, I'm not going back to you. I don't want to be with you. I love Candice. And she's not a bitch, you are. Grant rejected her. Where's the rest of my stuff, I need to go. Grant started looking around. Just as Grant turned around, La grabbed a fireplace poker and knocked him out with it. Oh... Oh, Grant, darling, did I do that? I'll just run and get the first aid kit. Which has tape in it. Which gives me a great idea... La had a devilish look on her face.

As she's hitting Grant and causing injury to him, Candice bursts in. Well, well, well. If it isn't the bitch who stole my husband. La said. Cut the shit, La. I didn't steal your husband, he divorced you and fell in love with me. Now give me that fireplace poker! Candice said as they wrestled for control of it.

They slammed each other against walls and furniture trying to gain control of the fireplace poker. La had pinned Candice on the ground, and was now on top of her. She started punching her repeatedly, then held her by the neck and started slamming her head on the ground repeatedly. She began choking her. Candice  spotted a knife on the coffee table. She tried reaching for it and luckily she got it. She used it to stab La.

Candice quickly ran to Grant's aid. She ripped off the tape that was covering his mouth, and she untied him. As tears came rolling down her cheek, she threw herself into Grant's arms as the two comforted each other.

They called the police and in no time, they arrived and arrested La.
