Volume 1 Chapter 9 Miscommunication & The Toll Of Dead Loved Ones

Previously: He held out his hands up in the air and surrendered. "Ok okay I get it, you have gotten stronger than last time. But you know if we fought for real at the beginning you would be dead right?" "Awww you sell me too short, but yeah I know you could of killed me multiple times but you held back just enough for it to be fair. And it was very fun to let loose a bit." She said breathing heavily and jumping off his back and putting the blade back into her boot. "Definitely, I hope this made you feel better than how you felt earlier." They forgot that Aizawa was listening. "Yeah I do, All Might...Um do you think he's still alive.." He looked at her and kept smiling because of the cameras,"I don't know but you aren't alone anymore now, you got me, Nezu and your two crushes." He laughed towards the end while teasing her."Shut up Toshi, you know that I just met Aizawa and Hizashi." "Yeah but you have been crushing on them for years now as a fan. Don't deny it." She blushed,"Okay fine your right but please don't tell them."
Then they both heard Aizawa say,"She has a crush on me and Zashi..." Then suddenly All Might and Jesse freak out, Because they forgot that he could hear everything they were saying. "Um Shota I forgot you could hear us..well shit..well there you go now you know..fuck I'm sorry..." She said that and then started running towards the exit and started crying hysterically.. All Might looked at her and held out his hand but then retracted it. "I'll give her some space, it's my fault after all..." On her way to the exit she heard Shota try and speak to her but she didn't listen and threw out the ear plug and ditched it. The kids went home and started to respect their new teacher more than before because of the fight they just witnessed. Aizawa said,"Jesse listen me and Zashi..Jesse?! Oh shit she ditched the ear plug. All Might please tail her and send me the location me and Zashi need to confront her." All Might looks at the camera,"of course Shota, and I already know where she's going."

She ran until she couldn't run anymore, she arrived at her destination and tears were streaming down her face. She walked over to the grave that had a loved one she lost a long time ago carved in it. She fell to her knees and gently touched the name as her tears hit the grass right next to it. Her voice broke and was shaky,"Mom I'm so sorry for not coming...in so long...I got my dream job and met a few of my idol pro hero's. I really miss you mom...why did he have to kill you!" She covered her face and closed her eyes as tears ran down her face and off her chin.

Meanwhile back to the others: Shota Called up Hizashi and told him what happened in Training and then told him what she said and how she reacted. Hizashi was in shock because just this morning they were talking about her not meaning to flirt but maybe she was subconsciously confessing her true feelings, but that was a huge stretch so they had to make sure. Aizawa and All Might met up with Hizashi and All Might led the way to where she went. "There is no doubt that she went to where she usually goes when she's upset or wants to cry alone." Shota and Hizashi look at him with concern. "So where did she go anyways?" Hizashi said curious. "If I say you won't understand, you will just have to see for yourself." They go quiet and followed him, they ran there because they didn't want to make her feel alone anymore than she is.

They arrive at the place and they look around and see that it's a grave yard. They walked around looking for her but then they saw her instantly, the only girl with black hair and red highlights. She was sobbing while keeling infront of a grave stone. They all walk up behind her and look at the grave stone a little closer and Hizashi and Aizawa go into shock. It read Nana Shimura. She jumped and freaked out because of a sudden sound behind her. "Jesse calm down it's me Toshi and your two friends Shota and Hizashi." Toshinori transformed into his normal form and hugged her from behind and stroked her hair."I know.. I know.. we are here for you. I miss her too." She dry cried, she can't cry anymore but her body is still reacting. "I'm..I'm sorry..I didn't tell you Both about how I felt but.. we did just meet and I didn't want to sound weird....I'm..I'm..just.." *brushed her hand over the name on the grave stone. "I'm scared of losing someone I care about again..." Aizawa and Hizashi look at her with soft and sad eyes. And they crouched down next to her and rubbed her shoulders and arms and looked at her. "We like you too." Hizashi said smiling  "The feeling is mutual.." Shota said with a slight smile. She just knelt there and looked at her mother's name engraved in the headstone.

A few hours later of just sitting there on the ground and comforting her sadness. Afterwards they all started walking to a place to get some food to eat, all that crying and emotional stuffs made her and everyone hungry for Korean BBQ. They all told Toshinori about what happened so far with Jesse since they met her, there was ups and downs but in the end she felt lucky and blessed to have met them.

After dinner they all headed to the apartments to have a few minutes to themselves in private before everyone went to sleep.

They are now entering her apartment. "Wow your place is so pretty Jesse." Toshinori said as his eyes dilated and his eyebrows raised. "Thanks I try." She blushed a little. "Can I get you guys a drink? Water anyone?" She said as she walked over to the fridge. Mic looked at Shota and Toshi they both nodded. "Three water bottles over here!" "Okay dokie, catch Shota." She throws him his water and activates his quirk to use his scarf to catch it. She carried the other two in her hands and hers in her mouth by the teeth. She walked over to the guys, Shota and Hizashi are on the couch and Toshi is in a leather chair. She handed Toshi his water bottle and then walked over past Hizashi and gave him his water. She grabbed the water that she was holding in her mouth and looked at Shota and Hizashi,"May I sit with you guys?" "Sure thing!" "Ok." They move over and let her sit in between them. She wiped her spit that was one the water bottle and then opened it up and chugged it down to halfway. They all looked at her chug the water down like it was nothing. (Some may even take it sexual.) She stops drinking her water and then looks at them staring at her,"What? I was thirsty." "We didn't say anything." All Might said trying to get them out of this situation. "Alright..." She said hesitantly. "So what do you guys want to do this Friday for my/our Celebratory Night?" "Im not sure, we can invite Nezu, and people at work..." "Um how about we keep this small... I don't like much attention from Random people.. you know that Toshi.." she said fidgeting with her hands and her water bottle in her hand. Then she looked at both Hizashi and Aizawa with a big smile. "How about we just have the 4 of us and Nezu!" I only Trust you guys anyways..and I.. nevermind that last part." They look at her happy and then look at her with a confused look when she said the last part. "This again Jesse?" Aizawa said looking at her with a serious look. Hizashi looked very confused as well. Toshi didn't look a certain way but he did look at her. She sighed softly "Fine.." She blushed,"I like attention when it comes from you guys.." she turned red in the face and smiled genuinely. Aizawa went to a serious look to having a slight happy grin on his face and blushing a little. "Oh do you now?" Shota said with a little sadistic tone. "That's adorable!" Hizashi shouted a little while blushing. "Aww my little Jesse so cute like usual." He said smiling. "Aww stop.. I can't stop blushing.." she covered her face in embarrassment. "I thought you liked the attention..you cutie.." Hizashi said poking her red cheeks. She put her hands down and just embraced the attention and smiled big as her face burned up red from blushing. They all laughed in different volumes of sound. They kept that up for a little bit longer and then they looked at the time it was really late. Toshinori lives a few blocks down luckily.

The next few days went by fast and the connection between Shota and Hizashi with Jesse grew bigger. They both are becoming really good friends with Jesse. And the students in Class 1-A have high respect for her as well. Even bokugo respects her, which is pretty for that arrogant jerk to respect someone. It's already Friday and today is the party after school. Hizashi is bringing the music, Nezu and All Might are bringing the booze and well Aizawa is bringing his sleeping bag. Jesse is buying the snacks. But before that happens let's go to the beginning of the day first! To be continued...
