Volume 1 Chapter 3 A Dark Past Can Haunt You Throughout Your Life!!?

Previously: They got lunch and then headed to the teacher's lounge. They all sat down and then started to eat their food. "So Jesse why did you want to be a hero?" Hizashi asked with a excited voice. Aizawa looked at him like he made a mistake."What did I do Sho?" "It's okay Aizawa don't worry it's only us here so it should be fine, but thanks for caring." Hizashi looked very confused about what he's missing. "Alright.." Aizawa said with his normal tired voice. She stopped eating and set down her food. She cleared her throat and looked at the both of them. Then when she was about to speak the door opened up behind them and a person walked in. Thankfully it was just Principal Nezu,"Oh Jesse, Aizawa and Hizashi, you are all here getting along I hope." He said with a smile. "Yeah we are but Hizashi asked why I wanted to be a hero.." Jesse said hesitantly. Nezu looks at her with a sad look. Then suddenly she stood up abruptly,"I'm sorry Hizashi and Aizawa I just can't say right now.. I-i-im..I just can't. I need to go to the restroom, if you would excuse me." She bowed hesitantly and then ran out of the door and bolted to the restroom.

She ran into the restroom and got into the last stall and bursted out in tears and just sat on the ground near the toilet. "I can't..I can't..I just can't tell anyone yet! Damnit why...is it so hard.." She stayed in there for a while...

Back to the others: Then suddenly she stood up abruptly,"I'm sorry Hizashi and Aizawa I just can't say right now.. I-i-im..I just can't. I need to go to the restroom, if you would excuse me." She bowed hesitantly and then ran out of the door. "What just happened!?" Hizashi said with a confused but concerned voice. Principal Nezu walked over to where she was sitting and sat down. Aizawa looked concerned about her too but tried really hard not to show it. "Well you see Jesse is American and in the past when she first got her quriks she was considered a villian. And she was treated like trash, they went in and out of foster homes and then one of my friends adopted her, when they died I promised I would take care of her but then she got Kidnapped by Villians. I looked for her for years and then she showed up infront of a hero school one one day in America asking for me personally. Back then I was a well known hero and I still am and I got a call from a place in America about a girl with blue eyes and black mist coming off of her. I knew it was her when they said she said that her wannabe hero name was The Strategist, I gave her that name one day when she was training with her adopted parent, my good friend. I flew over there and made sure she was okay, she did school over there and then graduated and became a pro hero, was a underground hero for a few years. She always wanted to be a underground hero, she never liked being praise for doing the right thing. And only a little money was okay with her, I asked if she wanted to go to Japan with me and do work here but she wanted stay in America at that time so I gave her my number and we kept in touch. Only 4 years ago that she moved here and she's 28 so you do the math. She always wanted to go to this school as a kid but never got to, so since she is a brilliant pro hero and Strategist in fighting villians,I thought it was a perfect idea to give her a job here. She did a interview on the phone a few months ago and then here we are... I'll tell her that I told you the past but not everything. okay?" They both were speechless at this point and Said nothing but nod their heads. "I have to go back to work but Aizawa and Hizashi I'd like to tell you that, she has no friends or real family left. So please keep that in mind, also she hasn't come out of the restroom yet you both should check up on her. Hm?" He smiled at them and then walked out of the door.

Aizawa and Yamada just look at each other in awe of what they were just told. They are trying to process everything that was just said. Then Aizawa looked down at his hands in dispare,"It all makes sense now, why she's so happy to be near others and me. And why she was so upset about what she did to the students this morning. She's scared of being hated and treated like a villan. And why she's so blunt and honest as a person, she's been through so much. And she can still smile at me and others no matter what happened. She is just like me, similar past and a few other things. Oh no that's right Principal Nezu said she hasn't left the bathroom, is she okay? I need to know if she's okay." He said to himself while looking down at his hand. He clenched them tightly and looked at his best friend,"Zashi we need to help her." "Sho? I've never seen you like this are you okay?" Then he thought to himself and got an idea,"Do you like her??. ..omg Sho!" Aizawa didn't deny it or say yes he just looked at his friend with a serious look,"You do.. you like her!" "Shut up Zashi!" "She might be in trouble, you heard what happened. Zashi." Aizawa looked at his friend with deadly serious look in his eyes.

Meanwhile In The Bathroom:
She's in tears over the fact that she can't talk about what happened to her. Then she gets a text by Nezu saying that he told the two hero's her past but left out the details. She dropped her phone next to her and sobbed in her hands. She's glad that her friend Nezu told them but it makes her feel like trash that they might be laughing at her behind her back, she feels so pathetic right now. She can't stop thinking about how they are reacting to her past, she can't stop crying no matter how much she tries. Then suddenly she hears two Familiar voices, for a second she forgot that the teacher bathrooms are for both genders. "Jesse are you in here? It's me Aizawa and Hizashi is here too." She is still crying in her hands, her voice is very shaky and desperate,"A-aizawa and Hi-izashi...I'm fine..I'm..I'm.." She couldn't finish her sentence without crying louder than before. They rush over to where her voice is and they pry the door open. They look down at her and freak out....
