Proof and a Miracle

Doctor' POV (On Earth it is 2007)

It has been a few years since I lost my beloved Rose. It's been a few years since Donna appeared in my TARDIS and turned me down I still haven't found a new companion. I just can't get over my Rose, I feel horrible for letting her go. I know it was better for her, and I don't want to be selfish but I miss her so much. I still have the jacket she left. I keep it in my pocket so she'll always be with me. I've always had the itch in the back of my brain that she might be immortal. When she granted life when she was the bad wolf, it's a possibility that she granted it for herself. I just don't have proof, that's why I gave up after the first two months. At one point, I was looking up if I could get into her universe in the TARDIS maual. It was to no avail, I got so mad at it I threw it into a supernova. If I tell her she's immortal and she's not she might start thinking that she should protect me and get herself killed. I just need proof and a miracle.

How do y'all like that as a first chapter. Kinda slow I know but this is my first book so bear with me. Comment and vote!
