Edward's Violette

Meeting the Parents

Violette was excited that she finally gets to meet Edward's parents. She knows his died in 1918 but they took care of him and lead him through his life as a vampire. "Violette, sweetie, Edward's here." Her mother told her making Violette smile and walk downstairs. Once she reached the bottom, she smiled.

"I'm ready."

"Let's go beautiful."

Violette and edward walked into the Cullens house. Violette was immediately hit with the smell of Italian. "Wow that smells good."

"Yeah I told them not to do this." Edward said sheepishly. Violette laughed and hugged him.

"I'm glad they did. I've been nervous all morning and hardly ate."

"Well get ready to eat because once your done we are going on a tour." Edward tells.her as he lead her into the kitchen.

"Hello." She said shyly. Edward wrapped his arm around her as Esme walked over.

"You must be Violette. It's nice to meet you." She said hugging the blonde who hugged her back. "I'm Esme and this is my husband Carlisle."

"Its nice to meet you Esme and Carlisle." Violette said.

"We made Italian for Bella, but she was being considerate about us not eating."

"Italian sounds good to me." Violette said politely. Edward smiled at how she takes to his family.

After she was finished, edward showed her around especially a joke about the graduation caps. "Least but finally my room."

Violette smiled and noticed no bed. "No bed?"

"We don't sleep." He answered. Violette smiled and she heard music in the background as Edward walked over to her and started dancing. "You can dance."

"Yep. I went to ballet classes and my father taught me how to dance to classical music." Violette answered as the two continued to dance. "Your the first person I have ever danced with."

"Same." Edward replied. "Should we go talk to Rosalie or dance for a bit."

"Let's just dance." Violette stated as they continued to dance.

Edward and Violette spoke with Rosalie who was dry sobbing as Emmett held her. "I know that granny loved you. When I was 7, she told me stories about you and how you were in love with the idea of love."

"I should have listened to her, but I have someone now and I know I'm not alone anymore." Rosalie said as she squeezed Violette's hand.

Edward kissed the side of Violette's head as she was talking to Rosalie. Edward truly loved his mate. He decide to talk to Emmett who was happy for his mate.

Later that night, Violette sat on her bed reading a book when she looked up to see Edward. "Hey. I thought I was seeing you tomorrow."

"I wanted to come and see you." He said as he sat on her bed and she got closer to him. He wanted to test his limit and decided to do it. "I want to try something." Violette nodded. Edward slowly leaned in making Violette lean a little. "Be very still." She froze in her spot as Edward continued to lean in just to kiss her. Violette kissed back causing the kiss to become more heated. Edward pulled away. "I'm afraid to lose control around you."

"That's fine Edward and that kiss was good." Violette said ad she pulled edward down onto her bed and cuddled up to him as she fell asleep. Edward went to leave, but Violette laid her head on his cheat as he pretended to be asleep as he heard Lily walking up the stairs.

Lily checked on Violette and smiled as she saw her daughter and Edward were asleep.
