As he walked his way onto the peaceful streets of ikebukuru, he couldn't help but feel nostalgic at the moment. It has been terribly long after his last departure from the city and not much has change besides the peacefulness.

Izaya hummed, looking around the city with a delightful expression.

His hands were both comfortably stuffed on either of his jacket pockets along with a hoodie over his head to prevent himself from gaining unwanted attention.

Not to mention during those three years of dissappearing, the ravenette did change mentally and physically - and by I mean loosing weight.

He isn't the same Izaya as the citizens of Ikebukuru would know.

The Izaya they all knew, is ᵈᵉᵃᵈ

The ravenette eventually stopped mid-way and looked over at the buildings that used to be all broken from the intense fight are now all repaired and upgraded. The male gave out a faint smile with his dark eyebags popping out.  He then faced over at the other side of the street where it used to consist a line of small shopping centers has now been upgraded to large buildings.

He couldn't help but feel emotional at the moment.

Oh how could he have missed such beauty.

He shouldn't have left.

But he had no choice.

"I'd never expect a new ikebukuru city. I miss the old." Izaya sighed, facing the ground where his feet stood.

At this point, a clear liquid began falling down from his eye to the ground - causing a light circle stain that decorated the street.

He said shakily,

"Tears don't fall. They don't"
