If Cherri Bomb hadn't dragged you to the hotel to meet her friend, you would've just been lounging in your room or blowing things up. You really didn't want to go to the hotel since it seemed pretty stupid, but you wanted to make her happy. Angel Dust was her best friend and you didn't want to keep her from him.

A soft whine escaped you as you followed her into the hotel lobby. "Do we have to hang here? I mean, we could be blowing that asshole Sir Pentious into oblivion right now!"

Cherri Bomb just rolled her eyes and quickly pet you behind your ears, a place she knew you loved being pet. "Yes, hun. I haven't seen Angel Dust in, like, forever! It'll be fun, trust me!" She grinned, wrapping an arm around your shoulders.

"You know it's hard for me to trust people, Cherri." You muttered, pinning your ears back when you heard people talking. You didn't want to admit it, but you were most definitely overprotective over Cherri Bomb around strangers.

"I know, but it'll be fine! I'm sure you'll love him!"

At that moment, the spider demon flamboyantly appeared in the room with a big grin on his face "Hey, Cherri! Long time, no— AHH!" He let out a shriek when you snarled at him, your glinting fangs bared aggressively just inches away from his face.

"Y/N, no. Calm down." Cherri Bomb scolded you, petting behind your ears again despite the fact you were still growling. She let out a sigh of relief when you backed down with a huff, shaking her head. "Sorry, she gets a little crazy around strangers."

"I do not." You pouted, crossing your arms across your chest while still glaring at Angel Dust.

Angel Dust just snickered. "Damn, I never thought your girlfriend was so overprotective." A grin spread across his face and he leaned forwards. "Aww, is the little puppy dog protective over her girlfriend?"

You silenced him by snapping your jaws incredibly close to his face, scaring the living hell out of him almost immediately.

Needless to say, he didn't mess with you any further during the time you spent at the hotel.
