Nessa's P.O.V-
We walked inside the receptionist glanced up at Jermaine "holy shit you're J.cole!" She handed him a paper and pen "do you mind signing this for my niece , she's a big fan"
Jermaine smiled "I'm more than happy to write an autograph". That's what I admire the most about him, no matter what he's going through he'll always try to make the people around him happy.

"Do you have an appointment or are you a walk in" the nurse asks me
"Walk in" I responded.
"I'll have a doctor for you shortly"
I sat down in the waiting area nervous. I hope I don't have anything seriously wrong.
J put his arm around me. "Nessa I can tell you're nervous , don't worry I'm gone be right by your side"
"Thank you J, I'm glad to have you as a friend".

"Hi Vanessa, Im Dr.Stevens , let's go to the back to see what's wrong"
Me and Jermaine get up and follow him to the back.
"So tell me your symptoms Vanessa?"
"I've been so nauseous , I get so exhausted easily and I throw up after eating certain foods. It's horrible"
He jots down on his paper
"Are you sexually active?"
"No I'm a Vir-" before I could finish my sentence , I glanced over at Jermaine who was busy typing extremely fast on his phone. Good thing he wasn't paying attention

"You were saying Vanesa?" The doctor said in an annoyed tone. I Quickly snapped out my thoughts.
"Sorry, I'm a virgin"
He nods and writes more down on his clipboard. He hands me a cup
"I need you to please go to the restroom and pee in this cup so I can run some test to find out what's causing you to feel this way"
I nodded , took the cup and headed to the bathroom.

J.Cole's P.O.V
Jhene been texting me acting like I'm at fault. Is this bitch crazy
J: how are you the one saying I was rushing shit when you were the one begging to have sex after two days of knowing each other
Jhene: I thought I felt a connection but guess I was wrong
J: but you found a connection with big Sean. Gtfo
Nessa walks in the room and hands the doctor a cup and he walks out. I didn't even notice that she left.
"Jermaine when do you go back to New York"
I sighed. "Tomorrow". I didn't want to go back to reality. I didn't want to be close to Jhene. I wanted to stay in the Ville. I wanted to be in Vanessa's presence.
"Damn, am I gonna get to spend time with you ? It sucks going months without seeing my best friend"
"You can stay in my hotel tonight, this time Jhene said cheating ass won't be there"
"Jermaine don't stress about her, karma will get her"

The doctor walks in and glances at me
"Sir do you mind stepping out of the room so I can please discuss some things with Vanessa"
I looked at Nessa who looked scared and worried.
"Do I have to Doc?"
The doctor nodded , "I'm sorry but this is a doctor-patient confidentiality. After this conversation Vanessa is more than welcomed to share with you if she wishes"
I nodded and walked out. I hope Nessa is gon be aight. This shit got me worried now.

Nessa's P.O.V-
The doctor raised an eyebrow at me
"Are you sure you haven't been sexually active?"
"Yeah I'm positive, why?"
"Because you're urine test came back out as positive for pregnancy.. you're 3 months pregnant Vanessa"

I felt paralyzed. There's no way. I can't tell Jermaine this. Millions of thoughts were flooding through my mind. What the fuck. I held back my tears
"Can I go now doctor?" I asked
He nodded. "I wish you the best Of luck Vanessa, I know you'll be an amazing mother". I quickly ran out the room and rushed to Jermaines car. He quickly followed behind me.
"Vanessa what's wrong? What did he say?" He asked nervously
He's the only man I've ever had sex with, I can't tell him I'm pregnant. He's my best friend.
"Um that I'm just eating too much junk and my body isn't reacting well to it so I've been gaining weight and shit"
He signed in relief as he unlocked the car door and opened the passenger door for me
" god damn Vanessa you scared me , I thought you had some kind of rare shit going on"
"Nah I just don't like getting called fat"
He got in the car and started it.
"Nessa your body is fucking perfect. Don't ever think you're fat". I blushed.
Jermaine began driving. Honestly he is fine as fuck and I really regret not giving him a chance before. I really just want some dick. I've always heard that girls get hornier when they're pregnant but I always assumed it was a myth. I just want some bomb ass sex to clear my mind and I know Jermaine needs it too right now.
"Hey J, we're heading to your hotel right?"
"Yeah Ma, we can just chill there and order some food and shit"
Thoughts were still flooding the back of my head. Although I really want some dick, is this wrong? Jermaine just got out of a breakup and I'm fucking hiding my pregnancy from him. I just need to worry about now. I can talk to him about being pregnant when I'm showing .. right ? I'm just lost right now. I just want to worry about now , and right now I needed Jermaine.
