In the morning

J.Cole's P.O.V-
I woke up to Vanessa in my arms. She was so damn beautiful.
"Goodmorning J" she pecked my lips
"Good morning baby" damn I can't believe she was finally mine.
"I don't want you to go" she throws her arms around me.
"I don't wanna go either shawty. I gotta record a song with drake"
"Holy shit J you're doing big things , I'm so proud"
"Thanks baby, Let's go take a shower"
"Together ??" Vanessa's face turned red
I chuckled "it's not like I haven't seen you naked before"
I grabbed her hand and led her to the bathroom. I turned on the water and we got in. We slowly washed es other and rinsed off with water. There was nothing sexual about this counter. It was all love and pure. I got mad love for this female. We got out the shower and got dressed. She wore a tank top and shorts and I wore a polo with basketball shorts.
I glanced over at the clock it read : 1:30 pm
Shit I gotta go soon.
"Baby , my flight leaves in two hours"
"Alright let's go. I got shit to do at home anyways"
I grabbed all of mine and her bags and we went to the car.

Nessas's P.O.V-
I napped the entire car ride. We pulled up to my house. I gave J a kiss. "I'm gonna miss you baby"
"I'm gonna miss you more shawty, I'll be back in a month" damn one month without seeing him.
"I love you J, text me when you depart and land"
"I love you more Nessa"
I grabbed all my bags and walked inside.
I walked in to find my dad along with Chris , my old boo whom I left at a party.
"Oh Hey Vanessa" he looked at me and smirked
"Dad I'm gonna go upstairs. If you're gonna have random niggas at the house let me know next time so I know to stay out longer"

"Nessa he's not random, he works with me"
I laughed
"wow Chris, this is what you decide to do now?" I rolled my eyes and walked upstairs. I'm glad I dropped that nigga when I did.

J.Cole's P.O.V-
Being back in New York wasn't something I was happy about. I just wanted to be with Nessa. I hate having to leave her in the Ville, shit is dangerous out there. I glanced over from my phone and noticed a text notification from Jhene. What the fuck does she want.
Jhene: Jermaine, can we please meet up for dinner and talk
J: don't you have a date with big Sean?
Jhene: Jermaine I understand that you're mad but please
J: aight fine, where
Jhene: meet me at Zens In an hour

I locked my phone. Although I was never going to get back with her, it would be nice to have some closure. I took a quick shower. I put on jeans , a black shirt and my red timberlands.  I got into my car and headed to Zens. When I pulled up , Jhene was already sitting in a table outside. I sat beside her
"Hey Jermaine you look good"
"Thanks Jhene, so what did you wanna talk about"
"I just want to apologize. I know I fucked up and it was wrong. It doesn't change my love for you at all. I just saw how you were with Vanessa and the way you treated her and I craved that. I wasn't getting that from you so I looked for it in other places. I'm sorry Jermaine"

Wow she was right. I was so blinded from my love for Vanessa that I was fucking up my own relationship

"Wow Jhene, I never looked at it that way. Although I'm hurt because I never had a female cheat on me. I'm not mad. If anything I want to apologize"
"For what?"
"Because whole time I was with you, I was in love with another girl. That wasn't right for you and I'm sorry Jhene. I thought I'd be able to move on from her and shit but I didn't"
" Wow. Well Jermaine, now that we've been honest with each other, maybe we can try to fix shit"
"I'm sorry Jhene but I can't. I'm in a relationship"
The waitress comes by "hi, welcome to Zens, I'm Alex. Can I offer you guys any drinks"
"I'll take a water" I say
"I'll take a tall martini" Jhene replies.
The waitress jots down and walks away
"What the fuck do you mean you're a in a relationship Jermaine. We broke up a fucking day ago"
"I was hurt and then I realized the love I have for Vanessa never left so I made shit official"
Jhene laughed "so you're telling me Vanessa is your girlfriend? You don't even live in the same state. She's 17 and you're 20, what are you even thinking"
"If you're thinking that's illegal, it's not"
"I'm not saying that Jermaine, it's the fact that you're a grown ass nigga about to start your career and now you're tied down to somebody who sells drugs with her dad in North Carolina"
"Don't talk about her that way"
"I'm not saying anything that's not true. She's going to end up either dead or arrested living there and doing what she does"
"I'm gonna take her out of that. I'm taking her out the hood"
"Okay well good luck being her superhero Jermaine"
I was pissed now. "Have a good dinner Jhene". I grabbed my keys and walked out. I was mad. How the fuck is she gonna talk about Vanessa that way. She has no clue about the circumstances she goes through and why she has to do the shit she does.
