[Name]'s POV

'I might as well check on what Peter wanted,' I sigh while pulling up my messages on my cuffs.

I groan at the sight of dozens of messages, requesting me to come take out BT infested areas near them. I scroll through my messages until I come to a few near the top. Peter's message catches my eyes, and I read the title: A Final Request for Pizza.

'Wonder why it's his final.' I frown before opening the message.

My Dear Miss [Name] [L/Name],

I write to you with tidings somewhat more weighty than those to which you may have grown accustomed. By the time this reaches you, I will have been condemned to the Beach, having been rendered powerless by you-know-who. But know that I will forever cherish the memory of each and every pizza you so kindly delivered to my doorstep.

Alas, there is a singular blemish upon our relationship- a singular regret that weighs upon my soul. It concerns the one you so cruelly failed to grant me. I speak, of course, of my delivery from Lake Knot City to South. I will readily admit I am not one to forgive and forget- and this flaw compels me not to allow you to forget either. Consigning my package to the bottom of a tar lake instead of seeing it to its intended destination was an unconscionable act hardly befitting a once professional porter. For shame.

But let us not cry over spilled milk. If you would do me one final favor, I have faith I can find it in my heart to forgive you. You must know in yours what I am about to ask, yes? Pizza, pizza, pizza!

This delivery denouement may prove a tad tricky even for an experienced professional, though. The delectable delight in question awaits you at the first prepper's shelter, high atop a snow-capped peak, and must be transported intact thence to my front door. It certainly shan't be easy, but I have the utmost faith in the Woman Who Delivers Pizza, especially with how fast your prior deliveries were.

Furthermore, as an expression of goodwill, I have unlocked the entrance to my private quarters. You may peruse my secrets to your heart's content.

I have the honor to be your obedient servant,

Higgs Monaghan

I bring a hand to my mouth, my breath hitching as I quickly reread the message. A tear slips out of my eye and slides down my cheek, and I shake my head while chuckling quietly and sniffling.

"Higgs... I should've known this was you," I whisper while wiping my tears away and closing the message. "I guess I should do the order."

I close my eyes and teleport to the area where the first prepper's shelter is. Sunlight shines down on me and the snow I'm on, and I walk into the shelter and access the terminal, accepting the order for the pizza. The container comes up on the delivery shelf, and I grab it before stepping outside again.

'I bet he knew damn well I was just teleporting from the place he requested the food from to his shelter.' I smile faintly before looking at the container in my hands. "Time to make one final delivery."

I teleport to his shelter and walk inside, noticing the door that leads into his private quarters is wide open. I push off my curiosity, accessing the terminal and choosing the option to deliver the cargo. A shelf pops up to my left, and I place the container with the pizza in it onto the shelf, allowing it to take the pizza away.

I face the terminal as the standard hologram appears and an automated voice says, "Delivery complete. Displaying performance evaluation..."

The results screen appears before me, showing me the S-rank I got along with the connection level shooting up to five stars, unlocking several weapons with an HG custom that I can now fabricate. The screen disappears after a few seconds and the standard hologram reappears.
