This story is based on real events.

Many people don't want to write about this topic, let alone talk about it.

But someone has to do it.

This story is meant to stimulate thinking and influence behavior.

Bad times
~~~~~~~~~
Everything has a beginning, but also an end.
The beginning can also feel like always.
It is so:
In the beginning you don't notice it so much, but later it follows you day and night.
It starts small, you get a little annoyed at first, but you can still do that.
Then at some point it gets more and more.
You start thinking a while ago:
Was he my friend?
What was the relationship like?
Balanced or not?
Then you think more and then you notice something you wish you had never noticed.
He took advantage of me.
I loaned it to him once.
I did him a favor once.
I gave it to him when he needed it.
And much more.
In itself, that's not bad.
That is half of friendship.
But what is very important:
It has to go the other way too.
It did it much less often.
It took me a while to realize that.
If you then leave the person / do nothing more for them.
You notice a thing that you will not like at all.
The person doesn't care.
You were just a person to them who took advantage of them.
Do you know what's worse?
You look for the fault in yourself.
For one reason, because you CANNOT accept that there are such bad people.
Even if you DON'T have a reason.
If you take reasons that are not correct at all.
They mostly come from those, who don't know you or from people who just don't like you.
You talk yourself into it until you believe it.
No matter if they are true or not.
You believe them.
It goes on, until something bad happens or you withdraw completely.
Many think it would be easy to escape.
These are the people who don't have it.
But it is not.
If you think about it:
Shouldn't the system protect against this?
What went wrong?
There is always a way around the system.
Either it's corrupt.
Or too bad to see.
If things go badly, it's even the system.
There are ways you can fight depression or whatever.
They also sound reachable.
But because of how you feel, you are not always able to do it without help.
But what would I be, if I only mentioned the problems, but no suggestions to solve it.
Support them.
Show them, what they're doing great.
Even if you keep denying it, keep going until it works.
But most importantly:
Help people achieve their goal.
It absolutely helps them to reach the goal.
