A/N: After this chapter I am gonna quit writing --- nah, just kidding. Here is a new chapter! Monday is getting close so better have something to cheer us up...

Pov Elsa

I couldn't sleep tonight because something kept troubling me. It is the night before Christmas and well, there wasn't the usual cheerful feeling around. When I went to my balcony I saw lights on inside the guest wings of the castle.

"Gale"

I heard a voice calling and then I noticed how Jack jumped down from the bedroom window next to mine. He floated down with the help of Gale and then he rushed towards the guest wing. Like he was chasing something.

Then I saw it as well, something dark was moving from room to room. Then the lights went on as worried looking parents went to their kids.

"Kris and Kai," I exhale and rush out from the room.

I got to their bedroom and the lights were on as well. Anna was sitting on their bed and holding them against herself. Our mothers scarf was on her shoulders.

"Elsa, Jack went out in a hurry after he came to check on us...what's happening?" Anna asks and rubs her boys backs.

"It was the boogeyman!" Kai cries aloud and snuggles against Anna.

"They had nightmares?" I ask and Anna nods her head.

He went after him, alone.

"I need to go...to check on something, I promise that the next time you sleep the nightmares will be gone," I smile and ran back to the corridor.

I headed towards the guest wing with Arendelle's citizens staying at. When I arrived to the beginning of the corridor, everything seemed calm. I walk ahead slowly, taking careful steps while listening.

"Bruni, could you help me out a bit. I need some light," I ask from the lizard who was travelling on my shoulder.

His back flames up and I chuckle, "Thank you Bruni."

Then I heard a child screaming ahead. Bruni started shaking and I tell him that everything is alright. Still he escaped and rushed to the way where we came from.

"Find Jack!" I shout to Bruni and then I start running towards the direction where the voice came from.

I couldn't see that well in the dark and then I crashed against something. It was a person.

"I'm sorry, I am in a true hurry-," I say and got ready to pass him.

Then that tall person turned around and the first thing I saw were a pair of golden yellow eyes. His skin was grayish and he was skinny, dressed in black. His hair was raven black and sticking out.

"Ah Elsa, oh I've been missing you sweetheart," he grinned and I saw his teeth with that smile. His hand touches my chin and I take a step back.

"No need to be afraid, though that would truly honor me." he grins and touches his chest.

"Who are you?" I ask but I had a really bad feeling.

"I have many names," he laughs and takes steps closer.

I see how his outfit moves. The moonlight from a window is giving some light to this dark corridor. He was clearly wearing a black dress.

"Pitch Black" I exhale and look at him seriously. My body got ready for a fight.

"Yes, also I am known as the monster under the bed, closet monster, boogeyman and the king of nightmares... but you can call me Pitch my love," he spreads his arms.
