I had to go instead of Caleb although I thought I didn't love him, I still wanted to protect him."Tris why are you here?"Caleb asked."I'm here because I need to do what mom would've wanted me to do, and to save my friends!"I exclaimed."You'll get killed Tris! Get out of here! I was gonna die anyway!"Caleb said.

"No I'm not leaving you!"I said."I thought you hated me Tris!"Caleb said."No Caleb, you think I do but I don't your my brother! Even though you betrayed the family I still love you!"I said.

I cut Caleb loose and kicked him out."Wow well done Tris just like your stupid mother!"a voice called into the darkness."Who's there?"I asked."Why I'm quite sad that you didn't know it was me!"the voice called.
"David is that you?"I asked."Wow you cracked the code!"David shouted. As he shouted he stepped into the light revealing himself, with a gun. He walked (limping) to me."You may think your the hero in shining armor, but your still the pathetic girl with PATHETIC PARENTS!"David said.

"My parents weren't PATHETIC! They saved my life trying to stop you!"I exclaimed."Really you think they were trying to stop me, your father might have, but your mother has always loved me!"David said passionately."My mother never loved you!"I said.

"Well why don't you ask her yourself?"David said."What?"I said confused. Then right in the corner of my eye I saw her. My mother with Abnegation clothes on, and a blood stain where she was shot when I last saw her.

"Mom?"I asked."Yes my child it's me!"exclaimed Natalie (Tris' mother's name)."Mom I thought you were dead! What happened to you!"I said.

"Beatrice I'm sorry I didn't tell you everything about myself! But he's lying I never loved him only your father, and I did try everything I could to save you!"Natalie said."I believe you mom but we need to get out of here!"I shouted."You know I'm still here right?"David said.

"Now that your here Natalie how about we get started, with your daughters EXECUTION!"David yelled."NO NOT MY BABY!"Natalie cried. As Natalie was running to me she was grabbed by Nita, one of David's accomplices. Then David injected me with the death serum. Natalie cried even harder knowing that I could not handle the death serum.

"Mom what's gonna happen to me what did he inject me with?"All of a sudden I felt pain in my legs. The pain moving up one step at a time."Mom it hurts!"I cried."I know baby it's the Death Serum he injected you with! The one serum the Erudite used! But Beatrice I know you can fight I've seen your gene results, and your just like me!"Natalie exclaimed.

"What do you mean like you?"I screamed."Your GENETICALLY PURE! Which means you're very strong to serums and you can fight them!"Natalie said."I can't the pains too strong!"I exclaimed.
