Summer (I Can't Go Further Without You.)

Chapter 5: Want To Hang Out With Me?

I don't even know how i did it but instead of waking up in my bed i woke up on the floor. And it wasn't really that comfortable.

I almost got outside of my room with my underwear but then I remember that i wasn't at home but at a hotel. In the same hotel as Archie! Oh god what if i had opened the door and he was passing by and saw me in just my underwear looking like a mess cause i just woke up?

I quickly started searching for some clothes that looked good on me and i washed my face in the bathroom. After getting ready i finally started walking towards the restaurant of the hotel. I looked at my phone and saw that it was seven o clock in the morning. It was still pretty early.

When i got inside the restaurant almost nobody was there. Just some waiters (that looked pretty tired in my opinion) and some other people that stayed in this hotel that were eating breakfast. I grabbed a plate and i put some bread on it and two eggs. I grabbed another plate and putted some pancakes and Nutella on them. When i was ready i went and took a seat on a table next to the window that has view towards the sea.

"Would you like something to drink?" I heard a woman's voice. I turned around and faced one of the waiters. She was a little chubby and looked around thirty years old and she had red hair. "A glass of milk please." I smiled and started eating again. She nodded and walked away and one minute later she returned with a glass of milk.

"Here you go." She said. I smiled and took a sip from my milk. I took a bite from a pancake and looked outside. The sea looked beautiful as the sun was slowly rising, the sunshine hitting the waves.

"Hey , mind if i join?" I turned around facing Archie. For a moment I forgot how to speak English. He was standing there with a smile, in his one hand he has a plate with some bread , cheese and salami on them and in his other hand he was holding a cup of coffee.

"Hey, uhm sure!" I smiled. He nodded and sat across me. "You woke up pretty early." Archie said as he took a bite of his bread. I took a sip from my milk and nodded. "Yeah didn't sleep well."

Archie smiled. "Me either." I smiled back at him and then looked towards the other tables and from far away i saw Jake walking towards my direction but he stopped halfway through. He probably noticed Archie. Jake got a smirk on his face and mouthed towards me 'go get him'.

If Archie is wasn't with me right now I would have showed him my middle finger. "Its weird when you sleep in a hotel. The beds aren't as comfortable as the bed in your own room at your house."

I nodded in agreement and ate a piece of bread. "So Kevin where are you from?" Archie asked. When he asked that the bread got stuck in his throat. Kevin tried getting it in but he slowly started coughing, he almost couldn't breath. "Kevin? Are you okay?" Archie asked worried.

Kevin shook his head as he coughed harder but the piece of bread stayed at his throat. Archie stood up and went behind me and suddenly i felt his hand hit my back and the force of his hand made the piece of bread fly out of my mouth into my plate again. I took a deep breath. Finally i could breath normally again.

Archie went across me again and took a sip from his coffee. "You scared me Kev! Is it okay if i call you like that?" He asked me. "You can call me whatever you want." I said with a smile. "I mean, yeah I don't have a problem." Gosh he must think i'm weird.

"Are you doing anything today?" He asked me. I shook my head. "Not really, just staying here in the hotel." I answered. I mean my dad didn't tell me he had planned anything so...

"Cool me either. Want to hang out with me?" Archie asked. My heartbeat almost skipped to the sixteenth avenue when he asked that. Me hanging out with Archie, for a whole day? "Yeah... i'm in." I smiled.

I gave him my room number and he said he would come pick me up when he was ready. He told me to wear my swimsuit. In my room i stripped down and then putted my orange swimsuit and a green shirt above it. Not that i was planning to swim , like i said i find the sea disgusting.

A knock on my door made me jump and immediately went to open it. There was Archie standing just wearing his swimsuit. Nothing more expect some sandals. I almost started drooling when i saw his abs. "Why are you wearing a shirt?" He asked me.

"I don't want to get a sunburn." I simply answered closing the door behind me and we started walking towards the reception. "Don't worry , i have sun cream with me." He informed me. I smiled towards him. We gave our keys and started walking towards the beach. "Where are we going?" I asked him as we were going downstairs towards the beach.

"I have a map of this beach and i spotted a place somewhere here at the beach and I want to find it." He said. I nodded and started following him. There weren't many people yet at the beach since most of them were just waking up to eat breakfast. As we were walking at the beach we passed many other hotels and let me just say that our walk had gotten pretty long.

"How much further?" I asked Archie. We were almost walking for a hour and i was starting to sweat something I couldn't stand. "We are almost there." He smiled. He was right. Eight minutes after me asking him we arrived it was a huge rock and it had some stairs on it that lead to the other side.

"Follow me." Archie said and started going up the stairs. Going up those stairs was pretty tiring and it took us ten more minutes until we finally got on top of the rock.

"Here we are." Archie said and looked towards the side that you couldn't see from the beach. I tried to catch before i also looked towards where Archie was looking and the view left me speechless.
