Awake

Jimin POV

"Nurse!" I yelled "I need a nurse in here!" I yelled from the door

A nurse quickly ran down the hall to me "w-what happening?"

"I-i think she's awake" I said "she squeezed my hand"

She nodded "okay wait out here, I'll check"

I sighed and sat down on the floor outside of Jiwoo's room

20 minutes earlier

"Song Jiwoo, I'm pretty sure I'm in love with you"

We sat there for a moment, until I felt a small squeeze

I looked up at her, not sure if she had actually squeezed my hand or if I had just squeezed hers again until it happened again

I gasped and quickly stood up letting go of her hand

"Jiwoo" I said and looked at her in the face, trying to sense any movement from her

I realized that I should probably call a doctor or a nurse in so I ran to the door

As I sat there, hoping and praying that she would be awake, the nurse opened the door

She smiled and nodded at me "you can come in now"

I quickly got up and walked into the room. There sat Jiwoo propped up in her hospital bed, she looked so tired and weak but she still smiled at me

I walked over to her and took her hand in mine "hey Jiwoo, how are you feeling?"

"I'm," she said, her voice extremely quiet "very hungry"

I chuckled and so did the nurse behind me

She lightly squeezed my hand "w-where's my mom and dad?"

"I'll go get them" I said and stood up

"No, no, you guys can stay here and talk, I'll go get them." The nurse said "they're in the cafeteria right?"

I nodded "thank you"

The nurse left and I looked back at Jiwoo, I smiled at her

"H-how long have I been asleep?" She asked

"About a week" I told her

She sighed "oh my gosh. And how is Mark?"

"He's good, he got out of the hospital two days ago. He has a few broken bones, but he's good" I said

She smiled "that's good"

I nodded "Do you want me to call him?"

She nodded "yes please"

I got up and left the room, running into Eunha on the way out

"Is it true?" She asked

I smiled and nodded

The rest of her family quickly went into the room "Jiwoo!" I heard from the room

I chuckled and took out my phone, pulling up Marks number that he had given to me a few days ago

"Hello?" I heard from the other side of the line

"Hey Mark" I said

"Jimin is that you?" He asked

"Yeah it is, I wanted to let you know that Jiwoo is awake" I told him and then heard him gasp

"Really?" He asked

"Yeah, and she wants to see you" I told him

"I'll be there as soon as I can!" He said and hung up the phone

To be honest, I didn't really want him to come because I wanted to be there for Jiwoo, but I knew that she cared about him and he cared about her

I walked back into the room and everyone surrounded Jiwoo, until someone knocked at the door

We all turned around and there stood the nurse with a tray of food

"Thank goodness" Jiwoo said

We all let out a small laugh

After we all talked and Jiwoo ate, another knock came from the door

We all looked to see who it was as Mark walked into the door with Yeojin and Areum behind him

His eyes landed on Jiwoo and a huge smile came to his face

She smiled back at him

He walked over to her with the help of Yeojin and grabbed her hand "hey baby how are you feeling?"

She smiled "I'm doing better"

"That's good. I'm so glad your okay" he leaned down to kiss her, but he stopped and groaned, probably because of pain

"Be careful Mark" Yeojin said "I don't want you to hurt yourself"

Jiwoo watched him and then looked at Yeojin

She glanced at me and then looked back at Mark "how are you?"

He smiled "I'm good, some broken bones, but I'll be okay, especially since Yeojin and Areum are staying with me. I can't really take care of myself at the moment, so they're helping me"

She smiled "I'm glad" she paused "there something I need to talk to you about"

"Okay" He said and slowly sat down in the chair next to her bed

"Could everyone please leave? I need to talk to Mark" Jiwoo said and everyone left the room, I shut the door behind me

As they talked I looked through the window every so often

The last time I looked, they were hugging

I wanted to know what they were talking about
