Christmas!

It was finally Christmas! I got out of bed and left my room. The delicious smell of waffles, eggs, and bacon filled my nose.

I walked into the kitchen and saw my mom

"What? Mom? What are you doing here?" I asked confused

"Nari let me in before she left for work, she'll be back before 1 though" she replied

I nodded and sat down. Mom brought me a plate of everything lightly covered in syrup.

I smiled "thank you mom"

"Jinsoo!" My mom yelled and Jinsoo groaned

He sat up from the couch and groggily walked over to the table, sitting down

Mom gave him a plate and he started eating

"Where's dad mom?" I asked

"He's somewhere" she replied

I furrowed my eyebrows and continued eating

After breakfast Jinsoo and I got dressed. I wore a black sweater and blue jeans

We were sitting on the couch watching a Christmas movie when the door suddenly opened

"Merry Christmas!" Dad yelled happily with a bag in his hand

He walked over to us and set the bag on the coffee table

I looked at my parents "What's this?"

"Open the bag" mom said smiling

Jinsoo and I grabbed the bag, opening it and looking inside

Jinsoo gasped and took out an item "is this a new phone?!" He asked excitedly

Mom and dad smiled

I took out something "new shoes?"

Jinsoo took out something else, it was an envelope. He opened it and gasped, his eyes widening "20 dollars!"

We went through the rest of the bag. Mom had dad go to the mall and get us a whole bunch of gifts

An hour or two later, there was a knock at the door.

I answered it

"Merry Christmas!" Jimin said and hugged me

I smiled and hugged him back "Merry Christmas"

He came in, hugging everyone else.

"You got gifts?" He asked, looking at the mess everywhere

"Yeah, Mom and Dad got us some" I replied, sitting back down on the couch

He sat next to me then looked back at my mom who was making cookies "I knew it"

She lightly chuckled and nodded.

We continued watching the movie

Mom brought the cookies over to us, Jimin taking them happily

"Guys guess what?" Dad said smiling widely

"What?" Jinsoo asked

Mom smiled widely too "we're going ice skating"

"Right now?" I asked

"No, when Nari gets back" dad said

I nodded and took a cookie from the plate. I ate it happily, the deliciousness filling my mouth.

I looked at the plate and they were almost gone

I gasped and looked at Jimin, sprinkles were all over his mouth "Jimin!" I said angrily

He chuckled covering his mouth

"You can't eat them all!" I took the plate from him and shook my head at him

He chuckled "I'm sorry, they're just so good"

"I know" I said as I ate another one

"Let's watch another movie!" Jinsoo said sitting next to me, taking the remote and going to the movie The Tower

"I knew it" I said

We watch The Tower every year, because it's Jinsoo's favorite movie.

We were all sat at the couch watching the movie, when the door opened.

"Hey guys" Nari said walking through the door

"Hey!" We all said and waved

An hour or two had passed and everyone was up and ready to go. We left the house and got in the cars, Jisoo riding with mom and dad, then Nari riding with me and Jimin

Throughout the day all we did was Christmas stuff, we went to go look at Christmas lights, we went to a little restaurant for lunch, which was Christmas themed, and then went home where mom made Christmas dinner

"Thank you for the meal!" I said as I finished my food and took my plate to the sink, Jimin soon following after me

We sat at the couch together while Christmas music played quietly in the background

He looked at me and I looked at him, I smiled "did you have fun today?"

I nodded "Lots

He smiled happily "that's good"

He continued to look at me "W-what?" I asked slightly blushing while covering my face

He chuckled and slightly shook his head "it's nothing"

It was now 11:30pm and it was dark and snowing outside

"We're gonna go now" mom said and stood up, dad following her

"Okay" I stand up as well and make my way over to them "thank you, I hope you get to the hotel safe"

She smiled "we will" we hugged, Jinsoo joining in on the hug too

"We'll be back tomorrow to pick this stinker up" dad said and pat Jinsoo on the head

I smiled and nodded "I love you guys" We hug one last time before they head out the door

I sit back down next to Jimin, he smiles at me and I smile back

"When are you leaving?" I ask

"Do you want me to leave that bad?" He chuckles

"No, I didn't say that. I was just wondering" I reply and sit back in my seat

He nods still slightly chuckling "Maybe in about an hour"

I smile and nod

An hour had passed

"Looks like I'll get going" Jimin says and stands up, I stand up too

I walk him over to the door and look outside the window, it's completely covered in snow

"Umm Jimin" I point at the window and he looks

"Oh great" he says and sighs. He quickly tries to open the door, but it's so windy and cold outside, that it stays shut. "Guess I won't be going anywhere"

"You can stay here if you want" I say "just to be safe"

"Really?" He looks at me surprised and I nod

He smiles and hugs me "thank you"

"No problem" I reply
