Will and Tessa

Chapter 5

Tessa then turned her attention to Will. Carefully she placed the damp cloth on his head, he had a burning fever, and effect of the bite. She was about to draw an iratze on him when she realised there could have been poison in the bite. The best option is to call Magnus she thought, he'll know what to do. "It's okay Will, I'm calling Magnus, everything will be fine" she said and gently kissed him. She dialled Magnus's number and waited for him to pick up. It rang twice before he answered "hello?". "Hi Magnus its Tessa, I need you straight away, Will got bitten by a Ravener and I don't know if there might be poison or not and I'm scared, please help?". Magnus could hear the worry in her voice, "... Okay I'm on my way, seen you in a minute". "thank you so much Magnus I was so worri-". He had hung up. Tessa sat in bed helping Will sip water and holding his hand till Magnus came. Without being let in he walked straight into the room, startling Tessa. "Magnus! You gave me fright! Do you know how to help Will?" Said Tessa, eager to see Will up and smiling. "Yes, I can remove the poison and then a simple healing rune should do the trick" replied Magnus and immediately set to work on Will. Tessa waited worriedly in the hall. After a little while Magnus came out the door. "Tessa he will be fine, you should check on James and Lucie, I'll let you know when I'm done okay?" Said Magnus kindly. "Okay, thank you Magnus" said Tessa and she went check James and Lucie.
