Will and Tessa

Chapter 2

 Trying to take her mind of the topic she remembered that Sophie (now lightwood as she often forgot) was coming round to visit for tea. She walked into the kitchen and laid the table. Just as she put the kettle on there was a knock on the door. "Coming just a moment!" Called Tessa as she walked up to the door. She opened it with a smile as Sophie stood there before her. "Sophie, its great to see you, come in I've just put the kettle on for tea" said Tessa. Gratefully Sophie stepped inside and hung up her coat. "Thank you, it's been a while hasn't it! We really must meet up more" said Sophie with a smile. She sat down in the kitchen while Tessa poured her tea. "Sugar and milk?" Said Tessa. "Yes please, thank you" replied Sophie. Tessa made the tea and sat down taking a sip. "So how are things with you and Gideon?" Said Tessa, making polite conversation. "Very good thank you, what about Will and the kids?" Replied Sophie. "Very good, Will's taken them out demon hunting for the first time" said Tessa, unable to keep her mind away from them. "Really? That's great, but I can tell that your worried Tessa, everything will be fine. Let's have ourselves a nice little chat to keep your mind at peace" said Sophie kindly, though she was no longer a servant and hadn't been for years she still liked to help Tessa in any way possible, they were close friends.
