Our prisoner has been asleep for a very long time. After getting her here I left her on the floor to sleep. She is so cute when she is asleep. Annoying when she's awake though. Oh well. Might as well try waking her up again.
"Hey, Sleepyhead get up." I said softly jabbing her side with my foot.
She slowly started opening her eyes. She blinked twice before she looked up and saw me.
"Who? Who are you? Where am I!? What's going on!?"
"Atatata! Quite down little girl. Or do you want to get into deep, deep trouble?"
She sat up and looked around the abandoned warehouse with a terrified expression.
"Who are you?"
I smiled and looked at her.
"First, allow me to do something." I put my hand over her face and activated my quirk. Oh, how I love my job. The mortified look on her face as everything she has ever known unravels and reconnects into something entirely different.
I remove my hand and her head slumps down. After a few seconds, she looks up at me.
"Who are you?"
"Let me introduce myself." I leaned closer to her ear and whispered: "Call me Retention."
(Izuku's pov)
I woke up the morning after Ochako let me down. I feel so disappointed. And I haven't heard from her since. Is she avoiding me? I should probably go to her apartment. She was sharing with Asui, right?
I start heading over. It takes me a good 20 minutes to walk over to their apartment. Once I arrive I head straight to the door and was about to knock when Asui opens the door.
"Oh, Asui! Hi."
"Hello, Midoriya. What are you doing here? Ribbit."
"I was just looking for Ochako." She looks surprised for a moment then.
"I haven't seen her in a while, to be honest. I thought she was staying with her parents and gave them a call. She wasn't there so I was about to head over to your apartment to see if she was there. Ribbit."
"Wait. So she isn't here?"
Asui made a sad expression "Ribbit. Where could she be, ribbit?" This is one of those rare moments that Asui makes an expression other than a neutral one.
Just then. The realization hit me like a bus. Ochako. Is missing!
