What is the Psycho-Pass Anime?
Plot Summary: The series takes place in the near future, when it is possible to instantaneously measure and quantify a person's state of mind and personality. This information is recorded and processed, and the term "Psycho-Pass" in the anime's title refers to a standard used to measure an individual's being.
Enforcers. Enforcers are latent criminals whose skills are in tracking down and apprehending active criminals in the field under the direct authority of the Inspectors.
Inspectors are law enforcement officers under the supervision of the Sibyl System. They are in charge of handling their assigned cases as they see fit, utilizing all available resources to them, including the analysts and enforcers assigned to their division.
The Sibyl System is the private organization in the Psycho-Pass universe that is responsible for the creation and management of the Psycho-Pass and Dominator technology as well as the management of all active personnel in the Public Safety Bureau.

Rain
It wasn't just rain, it felt like someone turned the shower on and left the plug in the bath making it flood all over. The rain came up to everyone ankles and the water proofs didnt nothing to keep them dry. The winds just blew the cold rain at them harder and left them shaking from freezing to death.
The smarter ones threw their water proofs to the side, it was just extra weight that would cling to your main clothes. It would just get in the way and the plastic just felt like it was whacking you without mercy each time the freezing winds blew.
Most would be cuddle up at home, a nice warm drink in their hands as they cuddle up to their love ones or just cuddle up in a chair. Watching TV or reading a book without a care of the storm outside their homes.
But sadly someone decided it was the perfect time to kill someone in the old part of the city, murdering on an old street and letting their blood mix with the rain. Spook by the patrolling Sibyl System bots and broke into an old building. Holding a knife to a couple women who rented a room of the old office building as their home.
His Psycho Pass was high and proved to the state where it was best to just kill him. He was buying time and trying to find a way to escape by using the hostages before him. The others in the building all ran outside in fear of their Psycho-pass clouding up and making them a danger.
The Inspectors was called in by the police when it was showing to be too dangerous for the normal police to handle. Unit 3 was called up and the four enforcers along with one of the inspectors stood waiting under a simple tent that could blow over or rip at any second.
"sorry I'm late" A soft voice mutter as she ran into the tent, soaked to the bone. She had short soft hazel hair that ended at her shoulders. Bright pretty hazel eyes hidden by nerdy round glasses and cute freckles over her cheeks and nose. Her skin as pale as snow and she was only twenty years old.
