you were sitting at a booth in scoops ahoy while on your break & talking to steve and dustin, "evil russians? no way. i don't believe you."
"oh come on, (y/n), we went to a parallel universe and fought monsters and you don't believe that there are evil russians?" steve said.
"i mean, yes, in retrospect it doesn't sound that crazy compared to what we've been through. but think about it, evil russians in a mall in hawkins? i don't think so." you shook your head as dustin and steve started talking amongst themselves.
while you were waiting for steve and dustin finish their sidebar conversation, you scanned the room until your eyes landed on your girlfriend, who already happened to be looking at you. as soon as you made eye contact she smiled and it seemed that all your problems had disappeared. nothing else mattered but her.
